• Le Viet Anh

  As a 12th-grade student, standing in a completely new position with a valuable opportunity and experience, Viet Anh want to bring abundant energy to all those souls immersed in negativity and seeking a path to break out of their comfort zone. "Mindset is everything - willpower is the baggage" is an affirmation of the ability to overcome prejudice and preconceived notions, proving that anything is possible with effort and clear direction.

• Luong Minh Huyen

  Minh Huyen is a high school student with extensive experience in debate and public speaking. Through years of expressing ideas, challenging perspectives, and speaking in front of audiences, she has learned that effective communication is about more than confidence - it is also about confronting fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt. In her talk, "Be the 25% on the Surface", Minh Huyen explores how breakthroughs often emerge in the moments when we choose to challenge the inner voices that keep us from pursuing new possibilities. Through personal reflection and insight, she also invites audiences to reconsider the quiet moments that appear inactive, revealing how they can shape growth and transformation in ways we often overlook.

• Nguyen Thanh Lam

  Nguyen Thanh Lam is a 17-year-old speaker, web developer, and pianist passionate about personal growth and authentic self-expression. Drawing from his own experiences with perfectionism and the pressure to seek validation, Lam explores what it means to create, learn, and pursue goals beyond the need to impress others. In his talk, "When You Stop Trying to Impress", he reflects on the hidden cost of performance culture and shares a message that resonates with many young people: that fulfillment begins when we stop chasing approval and start building for ourselves.

• Nguyen Thu Huyen

  Thu Huyen is a Grade 12 student at Hoang Van Thu High School for the Gifted and a speaker who believes that growth does not always come from constantly moving forward. For a long time, she felt the need to keep improving, standing out, and becoming the version of herself she thought was “right”. Over time, however, she discovered that some of the most meaningful breakthroughs happen not through acceleration, but through reflection. In her talk, "The Breakthrough That Didn’t Look Like One", Thu Huyen shares her personal journey of learning to pause, reconnect with her authentic self, and understand what truly matters to her. Through honest storytelling, she invites others to reconsider success, embrace self-discovery, and recognize that growth can sometimes begin in stillness.

• Nguyen Tuong Vi

  Nguyen Tuong Vi is a freshman student and aspiring speaker who believes that growth begins where certainty ends. Still exploring, questioning, and learning from new experiences, she embraces the idea that progress is not about being perfect, but about having the courage to begin. In her talk, *Imperfection is the Beginning*, Tuong Vi reflects on her own journey of choosing to try despite the fear of falling short and discovering confidence through the process itself. Through honest storytelling and personal reflection, she hopes to remind others that imperfection is not something to hide, but a space where resilience, growth, and meaningful breakthroughs can take root.

• Nguyen Ha Thao Trang

  Nguyen Ha Thao Trang is an Editor and TV Host at Vietnam Today, recognized for her outstanding achievements in media and international exchange programs. She is a recipient of the prestigious U.S. Government Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD) Scholarship, with a highly competitive acceptance rate of approximately 2%, and the fully funded ASEAN Youth Friendship Network Summer Camp Japan 2024 Scholarship. Trang has also contributed to IELTS Face-Off on VTV7 and is an AmCham and UGRAD Scholar. Currently, she is a K49 student majoring in International Communication at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and holds an IELTS score of 8.5.

• Thach Ngoc Phuong Anh

  As a final-year student majoring in Business Linguistics at the Foreign Trade University, Phuong Anh honored to have achieved the title of Outstanding Student of the entire university last academic year. However, that title is not the ultimate goal, but rather a reminder that Phuong Anh need to strive even harder to live up to this recognition and realize her full potential.

• Vu Thanh Ha

  As a 11th-grade student, in her talk, "The Key to Good Habits: Almost Nothing," Thanh Ha will explore a problem that feels very personal to her, but is actually a problem most people face: procrastination. Instead of offering complicated solutions or relying on external motivation, she will introduce a very simple shift in perspective.
