• Ayşe Tuana Akıncı

  Ayşe Tuana Akıncı, TED Bodrum Koleji mezunu olup Fordham University International Studies bölümüne %75 başarı bursuyla kabul edilmiştir. Uluslararası ilişkiler ve küresel diplomasi alanlarına ilgi duyan Ayşe, lise yıllarında münazara turnuvaları, ulusal ve uluslararası forumlar ile gençlik organizasyonlarında aktif rol alarak liderlik, eleştirel düşünme ve etkili iletişim becerilerini geliştirmiştir. TEDx sahnesinde, gençlerin değişim yaratma gücü ve farklı bakış açılarının önemine dair ilham verici fikirlerini paylaşmayı amaçlamaktadır.

• Hulusi Osman Döken

  Visual Artist & Founder of Winart Studio

  Hulusi Osman Döken is a contemporary artist whose work is a vibrant dialogue between academic rigor and the natural heritage of the Aegean. Born in Izmir in 1996, he completed his undergraduate studies at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University’s Bodrum Faculty of Fine Arts. He holds a Master’s degree from Hacettepe University Institute of Fine Arts, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Painting. As the founder of Winart Studio in Bitez, Bodrum, Döken balances his personal creative output with a commitment to nurturing the next generation, providing art education to children and young adults. His artistic practice is deeply informed by his surroundings, drawing constant inspiration from the unique natural, cultural, and historical textures of Bodrum. Through his work, he explores how local identity can be translated into the universal language of contemporary art.

• Javier González Núñez

  Professor of General Management & Deputy Director of EMBA at IPADE Business School

  Javier González Núñez is a globally recognized expert in General Management and Strategy, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Executive MBA at IPADE Business School. With an academic foundation from institutions such as HEC Paris, INSEAD, and Harvard, his influence spans continents, having taught at prestigious business schools in Mexico, France, Spain, Brazil, and India. Beyond academia, Javier is a high-level consultant for international organizations, including the UN and the European Union, advising on innovation and digital transformation. As the founder of "Hope!", he is dedicated to empowering vulnerable populations through sustainable education. A prolific author and researcher, his recent work explores the intersection of AI, the Metaverse, and strategic leadership. Javier’s unique perspective blends rigorous financial expertise with a passionate commitment to social innovation, helping organizations navigate complex global shifts with purpose and foresight.

• Meriç Avcı

  Doktor

  2000 yılında İzmir Dikili’de doğan Meriç Avcı, eğitimini Balıkesir Bandırma’da tamamladı. 2019’da Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’ne başladı. Hâlen Ankara Bilkent Şehir Hastanesi’nde intörn hekim olarak görev yapmakta ve eş zamanlı olarak Uluslararası İlişkiler lisans eğitimine devam etmektedir. Öğrencilik süreci boyunca fakülte yönetiminde aktif roller üstlenen Avcı, 2023’ten bu yana AYBÜ Tıp Fakültesi Genel Öğrenci Temsilcisi’dir. Fakülte yönetim kurulu, akreditasyon, kalite ve müfredat geliştirme komisyonları başta olmak üzere birçok yapıda görev almış; mezuniyet öncesi tıp eğitimi öğrenci kurulunun kuruluşuna öncülük etmiştir. 2025 yılında “Tıbbın Geleceği” temalı ulusal kongrenin başkanlığını üstlenmiş olup, hâlen AYBÜ Tıp Fakültesi Mezunlar Derneği’nin kuruluş sürecini yürütmektedir.

• Mustafa Arda Uzun

  Founder & Trade Intelligence Specialist

  Mustafa Arda Uzun is a distinguished Trade Intelligence Specialist and the founder of Expinno Inc. (USA) and MARDAU Ltd. (Turkey). With a background in Actuarial Science from Marmara University, he has bridged the gap between complex data analysis and global commerce. A "Certified Internet Research Specialist," Mustafa specializes in a multi-layered approach to intelligence—ranging from market and competitor analysis to technical and executive intelligence. Throughout his career, he has empowered businesses by organizing high-level training programs and developing strategic trade reports that transform raw data into actionable commercial insights. His expertise has led to successful collaborations with major institutions like QNB Bank and various Export Unions (IMMIB, UIB). Mustafa is dedicated to redefining how companies navigate international markets through the precision of modern intelligence tools.

• Okan Algün

  Cybersecurity Expert, Educator & Author

  Born in 1980 in Istanbul, Okan Algün is a seasoned systems engineer and a certified forensic expert for the Turkish Ministry of Justice. In 2015, he founded EDUTECH, a pioneering firm specializing in educational technologies and cybersecurity. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and a certified Ethical Hacker, Algün bridges the gap between high-level technical architecture and public digital safety. He is the author of an influential book on cybersecurity and a frequent contributor to national media, where he analyzes AI security and the evolving landscape of cybercrime. Beyond his professional practice, Algün is a dedicated volunteer and speaker, collaborating with NGOs to foster cyber resilience and digital literacy across society. His work focuses on making complex digital threats understandable for the general public, ensuring a safer digital future for all.

• Sébastien de Beauffort

  Entrepreneur, International Professor & Tech Consultant

  Sébastien de Beauffort is a polymath entrepreneur and international professor with a presence in 25 countries across four continents. As the co-founder of multiple award-winning ventures, including SolidCV and Tonic Teaching, he stands at the forefront of integrating AI and Blockchain into HR and education. His career is a unique blend of high-level academic teaching at prestigious institutions like MIT and Skema, and hands-on technical leadership as a former CTO and full-stack developer. A graduate of MIT, Harvard, and INSEAD executive programs, Sébastien’s expertise spans from cybersecurity and data management to Agile transformation. Beyond the boardroom and the lecture hall, he serves as a reservist for the Belgian Defense and a social venture developer. He is dedicated to solving modern organizational problems through disruptive technologies while fostering a global mindset in the next generation of leaders.

• Şevval Su KUVVET

  Şevval Su Kuvvet, edebiyat, felsefe ve uzay bilimlerini bir araya getiren multidisipliner çalışmalarıyla tanınan genç bir araştırmacı ve yazardır. TED Bodrum Koleji'ndeki eğitimi süresince, yapay zeka ve edebiyat ilişkisini ontolojik boyutta incelediği "Bilinçsiz Hafızanın Yankısı: Algoritmik Edebiyatın Ontolojik Sınırları" başlıklı akademik bildirisini Muğla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi bünyesinde sunmuştur. Bilim ve teknoloji alanındaki merakını NASA Space Apps Challenge'da geliştirdiği projeyle Türkiye genelinde derece elde edip "Küresel Aday" (Global Nominee) seçilerek kanıtlayan Kuvvet, aynı zamanda edebiyatta da güçlü bir sese sahiptir. TED Okulları Şiir Yarışması Türkiye Birinciliği, "Vicdan Bankası" eseriyle "Bir Kitap Bir İnsan" Öykü Yarışması Muğla İl Birinciliği ve Bodrum İlçe Kompozisyon Birinciliği gibi prestijli ödüllerin sahibidir. Analitik düşünceyi yaratıcı yazarlıkla harmanlayarak dijital insani bilimler, yapay zeka etiği ve uzay teknolojileri üzerine araştırmalar üretmeye, felsefe ile geleceğin teknolojileri arasında köprüler kurmaya devam etmektedir.

• Sibel Özdemir

  Entrepreneur, Leadership Mentor & Motivational Speaker

  Sibel Özdemir is a visionary entrepreneur and motivational speaker who redefined her life at the age of 40 by transitioning from a high-stakes corporate career to a journey of global entrepreneurship. With 20 years of professional experience including 12 years as a senior executive managing million dollar operations she pivoted in 2014 to build a business from the ground up that now inspires thousands. As a member of the Amare Global CEO Council and a mentor to over 5,000 entrepreneurs, Sibel has graced international stages from Las Vegas to Orlando. Her philosophy, "When your perspective changes, your life changes," serves as the cornerstone of her work. Beyond her leadership accolades, she is an amateur theater performer and a multi-instrumentalist who plays the guitar, baglama, and clarinet. • Turhan Karakaya

  Director of BWI-Hub & Asst. Prof. of Industrial Engineering

  Dr. Turhan Karakaya is a distinguished academic and management professional with over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration alongside degrees in Industrial, Mechanical, and Mechatronics Engineering, he bridges the gap between technical expertise and strategic leadership. Having held high-level executive roles at global giants such as Bosch, Hitachi, and Hisense, Dr. Karakaya has led large-scale industrial projects and market expansion strategies across Turkey. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering and the Director of the Business & Innovation Hub (BWI-Hub) at Doğuş University. A strategic consultant and member of the TOBB Climate Council, he focuses on fostering innovation and sustainable carbon management within the global industrial landscape.
