Alex McIntyre
English teacher
Hello, I’m Alex. With nearly 36 years of teaching experience and over three decades in corporate training, I know how to connect with people and make learning stick. I’ve spent my career helping individuals and teams unlock potential, build confidence, and perform at their best. Alex brings energy, clarity, and a natural presence to every platform. His down-to-earth humour keeps audiences engaged, laughing, and learning from the first moment to the last. More than inspiration, he delivers practical tools and focused mindsets people continue to use long after the event ends. Passionate about people, leadership, and successful businesses, Alex is driven to help others take their careers—and themselves—to the next level.
Anhelina Baranava
student
My name is Anhelina, I am a student at CLV High School. Between volleyball, studying languages, and navigating friendships, I see how miscommunication fuels our "never-ending story of misunderstandings". In this work I have been studying practical ways to establish clearer and closer connections with people, which might be a real game changer.
Ewelina Tylińska
History teacher
My name is Ewelina Tylińska, and my profession, but also my life's passion, is social history. Of course, I also have other interests; I love cooking and going to aerobics. To be honest , there's a cause-and-effect relationship between these two activities...

See you:)
Karolina Zając
student
Hello, I’m Karolina. Don’t you feel that the world hides countless mysteries around us? And among them are people — impossible to fully understand, yet still worth trying to. That’s why my interests revolve around psychology, sociology, philosophy, and a few curious paths in between. All of it is meant to help us sense the world and the laws that guide it. But we must remember that to truly see it, we need to step beyond our own walls — to experience, and to let ourselves be seen.
Katarzyna Szczęsna
student
Hi, my name is Kasia, and I’m passionate about psychology, personal growth, and understanding how powerful our minds are. I’m a figure roller skater and a book lover, and both of these worlds have taught me a lot about discipline, expression, and who I want to become. In my speech, I want to show that no matter our age, we don’t have to limit ourselves just because someone labels our dreams as “unrealistic.” My goal is to inspire others to look beyond the expectations around them and believe in a future that feels true to them.
Lidia Dudzińska-Furgo
English teacher
I enjoy nonfiction and travelling, both to the ends of the world and outside the city. I often decide on a destination after reading an interesting book. If I have to choose, I prefer going to the mountains rather than resting at the seaside. Recently I have returned to photography, passion that was passed on to me by my father.
Maja Makuch
student
Hi, my name is Maja and I'm a second-year student at CLV LO. I love the feeling of overcoming my own fears. This is why I decided to do some things I have always been afraid of. In my speech I will be talking about what may affect our actions.
Maja Walo
student
Hi! My name is Maja and I’m 17. I enjoy watching creative performances- such as theatre and film- and I love travelling. My speech is about how your brain shapes the way you see the world, like putting different filters on reality. I’ll talk about why things sometimes feel more common than they really are and explain the baader–meinhof phenomenon (aka frequency illusion).
