• Carlo Decio

  Mime and theatre actor

  Carlo Decio is an Italian actor, mime artist, puppeteer, and voice actor, primarily active in theatre and physical performance. He trained in dramatic arts under both Italian and international masters and has built a career strongly focused on prose theatre and physical theatre. Throughout his career, he has gained over 15 years of stage experience with more than 1,500 performances in Italy and abroad (Europe, Russia, and the Americas), working across both theatrical productions and television and advertising projects. He has also appeared in TV productions such as Crozza nel Paese delle Meraviglie and has developed a repertoire that includes shows inspired by classics such as Othello and The Betrothed, often using an approach that blends storytelling with mime and mask techniques.

• Elisa Stucchi

  Co-Founder & CMO at Exvirience

  Elisa Stucchi is Co-founder and CMO of Exvirience, a startup developing extended reality (XR) solutions for maintenance and training in the industrial sector. Her journey spans Italy and international experiences in Australia and Spain, where she earned a degree in Business Administration from IE University. A path marked by curiosity, exploration, and a willingness to step into different contexts. During her studies, she became involved in the startup ecosystem and co-founded Exvirience, turning an intuition into a concrete entrepreneurial project. Her experience led her to reflect on the theme of choices and how the idea of a “right path” is often more constructed than real. Today, she works in technological innovation and maintains a strong interest in psychology and decision-making processes, aiming to understand how people face uncertainty, change, and the shaping of their own journey.

• Niccolò Banfi

  Sailor

  Niccolò Banfi (Milan, 13/01/2000) grew up in Lecco, making the most of the lake from an early age and his family’s passion for sailing. His father, Giuseppe “Baffo” Banfi, became sports director of the sailing section at Società Canottieri Lecco, where Niccolò first began to sail. Always looking for opportunities to broaden his horizons, in 2023 he was selected on board Translated 9, a Swan 65 skippered by Vittorio Malingri, to take part in a competitive round-the-world sailing project: a true leap into the unknown, from a lake to the Southern oceans. The classic “once-in-a-lifetime train” you must be ready to catch at all costs. “I quickly understood this was my life, and I became a good sailor.” Today, Niccolò has sailed alongside Vittorio and Nico Malingri for a total of 70,000 nautical miles across oceans, including regattas, transfers, and sailing instruction, all within just three years of experience.

• Rosandrea Corapi

  Sexologist

  I’m Rosandrea, known artistically as “dottoressastranamore.” I was born in Como in October 1994 and grew up in a small village on Lake Como before moving to Turin to study medicine. I graduated in 2020 and began working as a general practitioner, obtaining my qualification in 2024. Alongside my medical career, I trained as a sex counselor and later as a clinical sexologist, a title I earned in January 2026. For me, 2026 represents a year of choices, change, and transformation. I left a stable job as a family doctor to pursue my dream: helping teenagers, adults, and couples explore intimacy, sexuality, and pleasure. Today, as a doctor, sexologist, and performer, I work to open up conversations about sex and emotions through social media, theatre, youth spaces, and schools, so that sexuality is no longer confined to the private sphere, but becomes a topic for everyone, free from judgment, shame, or embarrassment.

  Visual and community strategy

  Urban planning student in training, creative by passion and an organizer by necessity. Stefania is one of those people who love making everything work out, but never at the expense of a laugh or time spent with others. Her energy is split between the focus of a camera lens, the colors of theatrical makeup, the challenge of design, and the aromas of cooking. Far from the idea of a student closed off in books alone, she chose to dive into real-world projects, discovering that the most meaningful achievements come when you follow what you are truly passionate about. Today, she brings her story to TEDx: that of someone who learned that you don’t need to choose just one path to be concrete and effective—what matters is putting your mind to it and, above all, your heart.
