• Alexandre Blais

  Alexandre Blais est professeur de physique à l’Université de Sherbrooke et directeur scientifique de l’Institut quantique. Titulaire de la Chaire en architectures d’ordinateurs quantiques, il est l’un des chercheurs de pointe dans le domaine de l’information quantique.🧠 Ses travaux théoriques sur les circuits quantiques supraconducteurs ont contribué à faire de l’électrodynamique quantique en circuit l’une des approches les plus prometteuses pour la réalisation d’un ordinateur quantique, une technologie aujourd’hui au cœur des stratégies de grandes entreprises comme Google et IBM.💡 Reconnu internationalement, il est membre de la Société royale du Canada et Fellow de l’American Physical Society, et ses contributions lui ont valu de nombreux prix prestigieux.🌍

• Amanda Fakihi

  Fondatrice de Tenet Stratégies, Amanda Fakihi accompagne syndicats, OBNL, startups et organisations internationales dans leurs stratégies d’influence et le développement des compétences oratoires et politiques de leurs équipes.🎤 Politologue de formation, diplômée de McGill et de l’Université de Montréal, elle poursuit actuellement une maîtrise en économie appliquée à HEC Montréal. Chargée de cours en rhétorique à l’UQAM, elle a accompagné plus de 1000 entrepreneurs, étudiants et professionnels dans l’art de convaincre.✨ Convaincue que la parole est un véritable outil d’émancipation, elle œuvre à rendre l’art oratoire accessible à toutes et tous.👥

• Bertrand Nepveu

  A passionate entrepreneur in video games and immersive technologies, Bertrand Nepveu founded Vrvana in 2005 with the ambition of bringing virtual reality to the mainstream.👥 After several strategic pivots, combining augmented and virtual reality and shifting from a B2C to a B2B model, his headset, Totem, won Tom’s Hardware’s Best in Show Award at CES 2017. This recognition led his team to California to collaborate with Apple on what would become the Vision Pro.💡 Back in Montréal, he co-founded Triptyq Capital to support the next generation of entrepreneurs in the creative industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke and an MBA from HEC Montréal, and is co-author of the Québec Metaverse Manifesto.🎓

• Diana Marheoud

  Immunologiste et entrepreneure basée à Montréal, Diana Matheoud a évolué pendant plusieurs années en recherche académique, contribuant à des publications dans des revues de premier plan comme Cell et Nature 🧠. Fondatrice de Sensyra Inc., elle développe aujourd’hui des outils diagnostiques et des approches thérapeutiques à l’intersection de l’immunité, des infections chroniques et des maladies neurodégénératives. Ses travaux explorent notamment le rôle d’agents invisibles, comme certains parasites, dans des maladies complexes telles que Parkinson🔬. À travers son parcours, elle propose une nouvelle façon de penser la santé : un système dynamique que nous pouvons apprendre à décoder… et peut-être à rééquilibrer ⚖️.

• Janelle Lapointe

  Janelle Lapointe is a climate justice advocate and Indigenous rights strategist from Stellat’en First Nation. She is currently a Senior Advisor at the David Suzuki Foundation and resides on Treaty 13 territory, the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat peoples, as well as the Mississaugas of the Credit.🌿 Drawing from her lived experience growing up on her small reserve in Northern British Columbia, she centers intersectionality in environmental narratives to help build collective power and encourage others to recognize their role in transforming the status quo.👥

• Joseph El-Khoury

  Titulaire d’un doctorat en sciences humaines appliquées, Joseph Koury est enseignant à HEC Montréal et directeur de l’écosystème Transitions HEC Montréal, où il relie la recherche et l’action au service des transitions durables.🌱 Il s’intéresse aux dynamiques de transformations sociétales et aux mutations systémiques à l’ère des grands défis contemporains, explorant les fondements d’une société plus humaine et résiliente.🌍

• Kalyani Pardeshi

  An award-winning author and Canada’s only certified Flowcess trainer, she supports teens, young adults, and professionals in transforming internal conflict into lasting confidence.🌿 Her book Beyond the Inner Critic, recipient of the International Impact Book Award, explores our relationship with so-called “flaws” and self-esteem through a deeper understanding of our internal patterns and mechanisms. 🧠

• Marion Cossin

  Marion Cossin est ingénieure au centre de recherche sur le potentiel humain HUPR à Montréal. Titulaire d’un doctorat en génie biomédical de l’Université de Montréal et d’une maîtrise en génie mécanique de Polytechnique Montréal, elle évolue à l’intersection de la science, de la performance et de l’innovation. 💡 Elle se consacre à la conception de nouveaux équipements de cirque, à l’intégration des technologies numériques et à l’optimisation de la performance dans les arts vivants, contribuant à repousser les limites du possible dans le monde du spectacle. 🎭

• Mathieu Leporini

  Chercheur au Centre d’Études et de Recherches sur le Développement International (CERDI) à l’Université Clermont Auvergne, Mathieu Leporini travaille depuis plus de vingt ans à l’intersection entre science, coopération internationale et transformations systémiques pour la durabilité 🌍. Son parcours l’a conduit à évoluer en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et en Afrique, notamment au sein du réseau diplomatique français et dans plusieurs institutions de recherche. Aujourd’hui, ses travaux explorent des approches systémiques et holistiques de la durabilité, à travers une « théorie de la circularité » qui relie sciences de la complexité et inspirations issues de savoirs autochtones pour repenser les relations entre sociétés humaines, organisations et systèmes vivants 🌱. — EN For this 12th edition, the TEDxHECMontreal stage will welcome Mathieu Leporini and his talk: “Think outside the box, return to the circle” A researcher at the Centre d’Études et de Recherches sur le Développement International (CERDI) at the University of Clermont Auvergne, Mathieu Leporini has spent more than twenty years working at the intersection of science, international cooperation, and systemic transformations for sustainability 🌍. His career has taken him across Europe, North America, and Africa, notably within the French diplomatic network and several research institutions. Today, his work explores systemic and holistic approaches to sustainability, through a “theory of circularity” that connects complexity sciences with insights from Indigenous knowledge to rethink the relationships between human societies, organizations, and living systems 🌱.

  Based in Montréal, Paul Simard is a culture architect, death doula, and men’s wellness guide. His work lies at the intersection of grief, death, masculinity, and societal transformation.✨ Drawing from frontline experience with individuals, families, schools, and communities, he challenges the social narratives and constructs that have shaped our lives for generations.💬 He is the founder of The Canoe, H U M E N I T Y, and Living Wisdom, three platforms dedicated to transforming the human experience through alternative ways of seeing and engaging with the world, including nature-based wisdom, the power of language, and a reframing of our emotional and relational lives.👥

As a mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab, he has supported dozens of early-stage technology companies.💡 His work lies at the intersection of education, technology, and public leadership, with a strong commitment to curiosity-driven learning, innovation, and social impact. ✨
