A former Minister of State and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Tourism Coordination, he chaired the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation. With over 44 years in hospitality, tourism, management and training, his career began with Intercontinental Hotels and includes senior roles at Serena Hotels, Hashoo, and consultancy for TEVTA Punjab, Akhuwat and Jaffer Brothers. Fatima Tu Zahra

Fatimah Tu Zahra is a final-year Electrical Engineering student at Namal University whose life changed during her battle with cancer. In her weakest moments, space and satellites gave her a reason to live again, learn again, and keep dreaming forward. Today, she works with the Space Research Center Lahore and SUPARCO on student space projects and is the first student at Namal to pursue a space-focused Final Year Project—believing that even a mind worn by hardship, when driven by purpose, can move the world.

Currently working in the field of construction as a builder. Delivered 2 domestic projects in one year with one ongoing.
Nosherwan Shoaib

Prof. Dr. Nosherwan Shoaib earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. He served as a post-doctoral research fellow at the National Institute of Metrological Research (INRIM), Italy in 2015 and at Khalifa University of Science and Technology, UAE in 2016. He joined the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (SEECS), NUST Islamabad in 2016 and is currently serving as Full Professor and Head of the Electrical Engineering Department. He is also Director of the Anechoic Chamber and EMC/EMI research facilities, strengthening industry–academia collaboration. His research interests include reconfigurable intelligent metasurfaces, metrology, 5G MIMO antennas, energy harvesting, machine learning, IoT, and microwave active circuits. He has contributed to 15 patents, 2 books, 1 book chapter, and over 120 international publications, and has secured research grants exceeding PKR 80 million, currently serving as Chairperson, IEEE Islamabad Section.

Walid Iqbal
Senator, Corporate Lawyer, and Public Policy Advocate
Walid Iqbal is a lawyer, law professor, politician and public policy advocate, who has served as a Member of the Senate of Pakistan from 2018 to 2024, representing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. He was Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Defence from 2019 to 2021, and Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Human Rights from 2021 to 2024. He has also been a member of several other key Senate committees, including Foreign Affairs, Law and Justice, and Water Resources. Before entering politics, he built an accomplished career as a corporate lawyer and co-founded Lexium Attorneys at Law in Lahore. He has also taught law and economics at institutions such as LUMS, Government College University Lahore, and Harvard University. Walid Iqbal is the grandson of poet-philosopher Allama Muhammad Iqbal and has been an active voice for democracy, fundamental rights, transparency, and legislative reform in Pakistan.
