• Daniel Dramshev

  CEO & Founder, Netrocket

  Daniel Dramshev is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and founder of Netrocket, a specialized U.S. marketing agency helping home service and HVAC companies scale to multi-million-dollar revenues. With more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, he has built and led international teams while advising business owners on growth, branding, and lead generation. Originally from Ukraine and now based in Germany, Daniel is also the host of The Marketing Game podcast, where he explores business, personal growth, success, and fulfillment. Through his work and speaking, he challenges conventional definitions of success and advocates for a life rooted in purpose, presence, and meaningful human connection.

• Elisa Resconi

  Particle Physicist and Cosmologist

  Elisa Resconi is a professor of experimental astroparticle physics at the Technical University of Munich and a leading expert in neutrino astronomy. Her research focuses on uncovering the origins of the most energetic particles in the universe using large-scale observatories such as IceCube and the next generation of neutrino telescopes. Through international collaborations spanning multiple continents, she is helping build a global observatory that uses Earth itself as a lens to explore the cosmos and answer some of the most fundamental questions in science

• Fernando Diaz Ledezma

  Roboticist

  Fernando Díaz Ledezma is a robotics researcher at the Munich Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence (MIRMI) at the Technical University of Munich. His work explores how robots can develop a sense of their own physical body through learning, enabling them to adapt, recover from damage, and interact more naturally with the world. By combining insights from robotics, neuroscience, and embodied intelligence, Fernando is helping shape the next generation of adaptive and resilient machines.

  Co-Founder, Digital Research Academy

  Heidi Seibold is a statistician, researcher, and internationally recognized Open Science advocate. After a successful academic career in data science and medical research, she shifted her focus to improving the quality, transparency, and reproducibility of scientific research. She is the founder of the Digital Research Academy, where she trains researchers around the world in open and reproducible research practices. Through her work, Heidi helps scientists create more trustworthy, collaborative, and impactful research—bringing the vision of Open Science to life, one training at a time.

  Josef Fleischmann is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Isar Aerospace, one of Europe’s leading space technology companies. He has played a key role in developing next-generation launch vehicles designed to make access to space more flexible, efficient, and cost-effective. With a background in aerospace engineering and a passion for rapid innovation, Josef leads teams developing advanced rocket systems and champions a culture of fast learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  Nikola Baumschlager is a food systems innovator, entrepreneur, and sustainability advocate dedicated to transforming the future of agriculture and food. She works at the intersection of AgriFood, BioTech, and climate innovation, leading initiatives that connect startups, industry, researchers, and farmers to accelerate regenerative and resilient food systems. As a leader within UnternehmerTUM’s AgriFood ecosystem and former EIT Food Accelerator Programme Lead in Germany, she has supported some of Europe’s most promising food and agri-tech ventures. Through her work, speaking engagements, and research, Nikola champions practical solutions that improve soil health, biodiversity, food security, and climate resilience for future generations

  Transformative Executive Coach and Facilitator

  Shmulik is an entrepreneur, executive coach, leadership facilitator, and former technology CEO with more than four decades of experience in the high-tech industry. After leading startups, corporate ventures, and successful business exits, he dedicated his work to helping leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs use playfulness as a tool for creativity, resilience, and human connection. Drawing from his background in clowning, improvisation, and business leadership, he teaches practical ways to unlock courage, navigate conflict, and bring more humanity into work and life.

  Stephanie Utz is co-founder of the Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art (MUCA) in Munich, Germany’s first museum dedicated to urban and street art. A passionate art collector and cultural entrepreneur, she has spent the past decade building a platform for internationally renowned contemporary artists while preserving the cultural significance of urban art for future generations.
