Dr. Archana Chowdhry is an accomplished ophthalmic surgeon with more than two decades of experience in eye care and healthcare leadership. She serves as the Medical Director of Ruby Hospital and is the Founder of Arogyam Eye Clinic, where she has worked towards providing accessible and patient centred ophthalmic care. In addition to her contributions to medicine, Dr. Chowdhry has represented India on international platforms and has been recognised for her achievements in leadership and personal excellence. Her work focuses on resilience, women’s empowerment, leadership, and the pursuit of personal and professional growth.

Entrepreneur, Educator, and Strategic Management Mentor
Dr. CA Achyut Dani is an entrepreneur, academic leader, and mentor with more than twenty five years of experience in advanced education and strategic management. He currently serves as the Director General and Provost (Vice Chancellor) of JG University and is the Chairman of Braincraft Eduserve and Vector Infrastructure. A practicing Chartered Accountant since 2003 and a doctoral scholar in Management and Commerce, Dr. Dani has mentored thousands of students in the fields of Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretaryship. He has also contributed extensively to the entrepreneurial ecosystem through startup investments and mentorship across sectors including education technology, financial technology, artificial intelligence, and business innovation.

Dr. Vijay Rao is an educator, entrepreneur, and financial markets professional with multidisciplinary experience in technology, academia, research, and entrepreneurship. He has served as an Assistant Professor for more than eight years and has contributed to teaching, mentoring, and academic development in engineering education. Over the years, Dr. Rao has worked across the financial and insurance sectors while actively mentoring individuals in stock market education and financial literacy. He is the Founder of VS Pro Trading Academy and serves as Chief Trustee of VS Educare Foundation, through which he promotes awareness of financial education among students and young professionals.

Nitesh Bhardwaj is a social entrepreneur and Founder of Ulgulan for Social Change Foundation, an organisation focused on community development and grassroots engagement. A graduate of Doon University, an SBI Youth for India Fellow, and an Acumen India Fellow, he has worked extensively with tribal communities across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Jharkhand. His work focuses on community media, development communication, and local leadership. By supporting grassroots journalism and youth entrepreneurship, he has contributed to strengthening community participation and improving access to information and opportunities in underserved regions.
