• Jiwon Kim

  Journalist

  Kim Ji-won is a journalist at the Kyunghyang Shinmun, which she joined in 2013. She has worked across various departments, including the Policy and Social Affairs Desk, the Social Affairs Desk, the Culture Desk, and the New Content Team. She currently reports for the Weekly Kyunghyang. From August 2021 to July 2025, Kim planned and wrote 'Inspia,' a newsletter focused on humanities and culture. In 'Inspia,' she authored articles that examined diverse social issues—such as coexistence, technology, and hatred—from a unique perspective, often through the lens of books and newspapers. Through this process, she learned to intentionally break boundaries and view subjects in different ways. She discovered that even in an age of declining readership, audiences are still ready to respond to sincere and honest writing. This realization led her to author the book, Things That Can Still Only Be Gained from Books.

• Min Shin

  Sculptor

  Shin Min (b. 1985) is a sculptor who explores the realities of female laborers in low-wage, high-intensity service jobs. Drawing from her own experiences working at large-scale foreign franchises, such as fast-food restaurants and cafes, she uses daily discarded french fry bags as her primary material. With this, she creates assemblages of female workers depicted in uniforms and black ribbon hairnets. Her method, which involves repetitively layering the paper and drawing on its surface, reveals the reality of surveillance and self-control that these workers endure. The figures' exaggerated poses and rage-filled expressions emphasize the social inequality that oppresses women and the vulnerable. A graduate of Hongik University with a degree in Mechanical and Systems Design Engineering, Shin is based in Seoul. In 2025, she was awarded the MGM Discoveries Art Prize at Art Basel Hong Kong.

• Seongbeom Heo

  AI researcher and YouTuber

  Heo Seong-beom is an AI researcher and creator who graduated from the School of Computing at KAIST and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the KAIST Kim Jaechul Graduate School of AI. Heo operates the YouTube channel 'Heo Seong-beom,' where he produces a diverse range of content without restriction. His videos extend beyond his core subjects of math and AI to include topics like lyric analysis, book recommendations. Operating under the principle that "research is his main profession, and broadcasting is his side job," he is focused on the popularization of knowledge and making a social contribution. He is based in Seoul.

• Seunghee Moon

  Climate Technology Business Developer

  Moon Seung-hee leads Net Zero and Climate Tech business development, focusing on connecting climate technology with new opportunities. Holding an Information Management MS from KAIST, she has a deep interest in sustainable management, cultivated through engagement with Green Management leaders and social entrepreneurs. She is currently active in initiatives to grow Korea's voluntary carbon market, driving innovation through IT-based climate technologies. Moon is passionate about communicating that overcoming the climate crisis creates a virtuous cycle of new growth and sustainable life, ultimately leading to lasting wealth.
