• Ashish Vaishya

  Ashish Vaishya is a prominent industrialist based in Gwalior, recognized as the former Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Gwalior Zone. He is the currently the chairperson of Precision Industrial Groups, a company specializing in castings and engineering, and is also associated with Morvinandan Steel Private Limited.

• ISHA JHAWAR

  Isha Jhawar is a young Indian entrepreneur, innovator, and best known as the Founder and CEO (Chief Everything Officer) of REPEAT GUD, a fast-growing healthy food and mindful snacking brand. At the age of 23, she has emerged as a prominent voice in India’s startup ecosystem, particularly in the wellness and women-led entrepreneurship space. She is a graduate of Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Isha gained national recognition after being featured on Shark Tank India Season 4, where she successfully secured an investment deal from Anupam Mittal. REPEAT GUD was founded from a hostel-room idea establishing itself as a purpose-driven brand focused on clean eating and sustainable food choices. Her entrepreneurial journey is deeply personal. Diagnosed with PCOD at the age of 13 and exposed to long-term medication early in life, Isha’s health challenges became the foundation for her mission to redefine nutritious food that is both healthy and accessible.

• Nikita Porwal

  Nikita Porwal is an Indian actor, theatre practitioner, television anchor, and beauty queen from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. She holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Theatre) degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Nikita began her professional journey at the age of 18 as a television anchor and later established herself in theatre, performing in over 60 stage productions. She is also the author of a 250-page theatrical work titled “Krishna Leela.” Transitioning into cinema, Nikita has secured a leading role in the feature film Chambal Paar, which has been screened at international film festivals. In 2024, she was crowned Femina Miss India World 2024 at the diamond jubilee (60th edition) of the Femina Miss India pageant held in Mumbai. Through this title, she became one of the few Miss World India titleholders, earning the opportunity to represent India at Miss World 2026.

• SAHIL JUNEJA

  Sahil Juneja is an Indian entrepreneur and business leader, widely recognized as a “CafePreneur” and the Co-Founder & CEO of Chai Kaapi, one of Central India’s most prominent café chains. He co-founded Chai Kaapi in 2016 along with Suyash Singh Thakur, with the idea originally conceptualized during their student years at Mahakal Institute of Technology, Ujjain. Bootstrapped from its inception, Chai Kaapi was built with a vision to create a bohemian space for artists, thinkers, and ideators. Under Sahil’s leadership, the brand has grown from its origins in Indore to a global presence with over 70 cafés across India, the UAE, and the United States. He is known for pioneering the “ChefLess Café” model—an innovative open-kitchen system focused on process standardization, transparency, and consistent quality without dependence on individual chefs.
