  SKF Global Vice President

  Beşir Kemal Ustaoğlu transformed his journey, which began in Antakya, into a global vision through his education in London, the USA, and Boğaziçi University. After honing his strategic leadership skills at prestigious institutions like Harvard and Galatasaray University, he assumed pioneering roles in sectors such as mining, construction, logistics, and real estate throughout his 30-year career. He initiated the ventures that inspired the İSPARK model, introduced flexible cable barriers to Turkey, and facilitated the first import of Turkish cigars to the USA. He currently serves as the Vice President of New York-based SKF Global Holding and an Independent Board Member at Cinema Pink. Ustaoğlu provides strategic leadership training at BÜYEM and inspires the business world via media projects. Having served as President of TABA-AmCham and AGÜB, he authored the book "Failure Success Happiness." A licensed diver and athlete, he is married and has two children.
