  Davide, known on social media as Inwardavide, is a dreamer and a deep lover of nature. Since childhood, under starry skies, he would gaze upward imagining what it would be like to reach the stars. After years of dedication and sacrifice, he chose to break free from the bubble we often build around ourselves and embark on a path of transformation. Today, through self-reflection and a cultivated love for the world around him, he has managed to fulfill his dreams: combining his passion for flying as a pilot with his mission to inspire people to transform their own lives. Through his journeys across the globe, from Africa to the Americas, and the digital content he shares, Davide guides people on a path of growth that integrates neuroscience and spirituality.   Alessandro Meneghella is an economist who turns numbers into stories and ideas into winning strategies. With a degree in Management and a Master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics, he gained international experience in Miami with Americanoize and in Brussels with Tepsa, the EU’s leading think tank. He founded e-fooding, a marketplace supporting local food businesses, awarded by the Apulia Region and private institutions. Today, at Disal Consulting, he blends analytical rigor with storytelling to guide companies, institutions, and talents. He has assessed the impact of geospatial technologies on the African economy and managed the internal launch of a collection for a major luxury brand. His insights on new generations, digital innovation, and local development appear on Econopoly, Il Sole 24 Ore, where his voice stands out for originality and vision.

  Cultural designer with specific expertise in next-generation libraries.

  Antonella Agnoli has transformed libraries into vibrant, inclusive spaces at the heart of community growth. She is one of Italy’s leading voices on accessible culture, cultural welfare, and public spaces that create social value. She has held prominent institutional roles (City of Lecce, Italian Ministry of Culture, EOS Foundation) and is currently President of the Famiglie Accoglienti Association in Bologna and a member of the Cultural Welfare Center. Her books—Le piazze del sapere, Caro Sindaco, parliamo di biblioteche, and La casa di tutti—are key references in the field. Her work has been recognized with awards, including the Premio Non Sprecare (2016) and the San Giovanni Library in Pesaro Award (2002). She firmly believes change is possible—and has proven it for years, building spaces that welcome, connect, and inspire.

  Costantino Spagnoletti is CEO and Co-Founder of Waterspeed, the app blending technology and passion for the sea, used by 400,000+ athletes in 180 countries and recognized by Tim Cook and Apple’s Global Middle East team as one of the region’s most innovative apps. After 15+ years leading international teams in the energy sector across the Middle East, Africa, and China, he reinvented his career in 2019. Costantino is also an AI lecturer at H-Farm, angel investor, certified coach, and author of The Magic Alignment, where he explores the harmony between values, vision, and results. A father of three, he believes technology can unlock human creativity and authenticity.

  Daniela is a Work Psychologist, Humanistic Mental Coach, and Trainer with nearly 20 years of experience. She graduated in Rome and holds a Master’s in Human Resources, with extensive collaboration at a leading training school. Half from Marsala, she returned to Sicily in 2013 to pursue a dream: developing the personal growth sector in her homeland. Today, she guides professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams through practical programs to manage emotions and time, improve communication, develop leadership, and sustainably boost productivity. She also uses virtual reality to create immersive learning experiences. A visionary with her feet on the ground, Daniela created the “Dreams in Action” format to turn aspirations into concrete goals while staying true to oneself. Her motto, “Be happy your way,” encourages choosing a path that reflects who we are, not others’ expectations. She firmly believes that every challenge or difficulty can become an opportunity for growth and renewal.

Dopo svariati viaggi in Europa, ha coronato il suo sogno di vivere un anno in Australia per poi esplorare il Sud Est Asiatico, continuando la vita da Nomade digitale. Porta avanti un'esistenza che profuma di liberà, esperienze autentiche e piena di emozioni, impegnandosi al massimo per vivere una vita più sostenibile visto il suo amore per il pianeta. Continua ad ispirare i giovani parlando di racconti dal mondo e dei valori per cui lotta ogni giorno. Quest’anno ha pubblicato il su primo libro ''Io non sono nata coraggiosa'', per raccontare la sua storia prima di diventare @metavagante ma anche per far sentire più compresi e meno soli coloro che hanno un passato difficile alle spalle.
