  • Shinichi Izumi（和泉 伸一）

    Professor

    応用言語学、特に第二言語習得を専門とする。研究活動に加え、英語教員向けの研修を全国各地で行う。内容言語統合型学習（CLIL）など英語学習・教育関連の著書多数。 Professor Sean Izumi is one of the leading experts in applied linguistics, whose field of expertise is second language acquisition. Besides conducting research at the university, he regularly holds seminars for English teachers all over Japan. He has published books for both English learners and educators, including the ones on Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) method.

    CEO of VVV Inc.

    ファッション業界での経験や出産を経て独立し、2021年に株式会社VVVを設立。2023年には日本で唯一竹素材の生分解性サニタリーブランドを展開し、新しいあり方「new＋be」を掲げ地球とからだにやさしい製品づくりに取り組む。 She worked in the fashion industry and became a parent before starting VVV Inc. in 2021. Since 2023, her company has launched Japan’s only sanitary products from bamboo that are fully biodegradable. Guided by the “new＋be” vision, the brand creates products that are kind to both women’s bodies and the Earth, offering safe and eco-friendly choices for everyday use.

    コロナ禍をきっかけに興味を持った環境問題を軸に、映像制作や環境教育に取り組んでいる。関連テーマの国際プログラムや交流活動に積極的に参加しており、「人との関わり」の重要さやそこから見つかる小さな発見を大切にしている。 Since the COVID-19 pandemic, he has focused on environmental issues, engaging in video production and environmental education. Yuta actively participates in international programs and exchange activities related to these themes, emphasizing the importance of and discoveries through connections with people.
