Alethea Lawton
Professional Creative
Alethea Lawton is a professional creative, coach, and consultant whose work spans writing, creativity coaching, spiritual support, art, and music. She takes a person-centred approach to everything she does, meeting people where they are and supporting them to discover their own way of doing. After suffering a stroke, she had to rethink how her brain processes information, emphasising process over perfection. She now brings this perspective into all her work, encouraging others to create for the sheer joy of it. She is currently writing a book based on her recovery journey.
Daz Stephens
For sure I loved the challenge of natural bodybuilding but I just needed to be better with what I had, I mean at my age things are just getting so much harder to change. With my past experience I now realised posing and stage presence were crucial. Many competitors focused solely on muscle and conditioning and so I did something different that brought elegance, connection and artistry. “It wasn’t enough for me to just stand on stage flexing. I wanted to bring grace. I wanted to connect with the audience. I wanted to express who I’d become.”
Jamie Honeybourne
Emotional Intelligence Trainer
Jamie Honeybourne is an emotional intelligence trainer, international keynote speaker, professional actor, and one half of an award winning comedy double act. After thirty years performing on stage and screen, he now helps leaders and teams communicate with confidence, presence, and authenticity. Jamie blends the tools of acting, storytelling, humour, and EQ to transform how people show up in the moments that matter most. In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, his work champions the human skills that will always matter: connection, empathy, self awareness, and the courage to speak up, stand out, and shine.

Lerryn Clare
Neurodivergence Practitioner
Lerryn is the co-founder of The Academe, an award-winning organisation focused on confidence, self-awareness and human potential. She specialises in neurodivergence-informed coaching and training, helping individuals and organisations create neuro-inclusive environments where people can thrive. A psychology graduate and former further and higher education lecturer, Lerryn combines academic insight with practical, real-world application. Late diagnosed as autistic and ADHD, she understands first-hand how easily confidence can be undermined by misunderstanding and the wrong environment.
