  Film Producer And Founder

  Khyati Madaan is a film producer and founder of Not Out Entertainment. An alumnus of IIM and NIFT, she has worked with top studios like Red Chillies Entertainment, Maddock Films and Disney across over 50 films including Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees, Amitabh Bachchan starrer Badla, among many. In 2011, while still a student, she developed India’s first statistical box office prediction model, which proved to be 95 percent accurate across 32 films. Her upcoming films in production include a romantic horror comedy, called Abhootpurva, a horror film starring Ahan Shetty, a slice-of-life drama directed by Habib Faisal (known for Ishaqzaade, Do Dooni Chaar) and a heart-touching dramedy starring Jitendra Kumar (Jeetu) & Pooja Bhatt.

  Sandeep Sanjeev Pathe is a Conservation Architect and Designer, currently working as the principal architect for Multidisciplinary studio, Sakha’. He completed his Graduation from Institute of Design Education and Architecture Studies (IDEAS), Nagpur and Master's Degree, in the Architectural Conservation, from School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. As a Principal Conservation Architect, Sakha today is working on significant conservation projects with archeological and tourism departments of seven states, that include Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh,Goa, Jammu and Kashmir and Maharashtra. Ar. Pathe is also a profound author, having published a varied range of research papers on heritage, architecture and Culture. He is a life member at INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage). Since 2014, Sandeep has been a regular blogger, his blogs are popular among the youngsters as ‘The Sunday blogs’.
