I believe that technology is reshaping global power dynamics, and I strive to make tech diplomacy a more visible field.

• Karine Bagdasaryan

  Architect at Josep Ferrando Architecture studio. Lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Architecture (Máster Habilitante) at La Salle University Barcelona ETSALS.

  Karine Bagdasaryan is an architect and educator based between Barcelona and Yerevan, currently teaching in the Master of Architecture program at La Salle University and collaborating with an architecture office in Barcelona. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with distinction from ETSALS (2023) and has studied and worked internationally in Armenia, Russia, Latvia, and Spain. Her work includes the Contemporary Cavern Pavilion in Riga and has been exhibited at events such as the Tallinn Biennale. She was shortlisted for the EUmies Awards Young Talent 2025 for her Master project and received recognition at the XVII Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism (BEAU).

• Lusine Manukyan

  Health For Armenia, Executive Director

  "Lusine Manukyan is the CEO of Health for Armenia, a not-for-profit that is dedicated to training and placing family medicine doctors in underserved, rural communities and developing leaders who will transform Armenia's healthcare system. Her previous career spans local and central government bodies in the UK, and not-for-profit and government bodies in Armenia. In addition to her role at HFA, Lusine serves as a trustee of Safe Passage International, working to create safe routes for refugees in Europe. She is also the Alumni UK Regional Ambassador for Wider Europe, supporting alumni relations across 13 countries to foster a vibrant, engaged, and impactful international network.

• Mayis Margaryan

  Director and Community Manager, "Children of the Regions in the Regions" NGO, Excelist Training Center

  Mayis Margaryan is a community builder, trainer in community management, and leader of several communities, including the “Children of the Regions in the Regions” initiative, the Life Long Learners Network, and the Excelist Club. His professional experience spans data analysis, educational programs, and civic engagement, but his primary focus has become building and developing communities. He is the founder of one of Armenia’s largest decentralized youth leadership networks, connecting and empowering young people across the country. In recent years, he has actively shared his expertise through blogging and public speaking on community development, leadership, and sustainable community management.

• Nairi Khatchadourian

  Curator, Art Historian, Founder of AHA collective

  Nairi Khatchadourian is a Paris-born curator, art historian, and founding director of AHA collective. Since 2019, AHA collective has worked at the intersection of contemporary art, publishing, critical museology, and placemaking, bringing together artists, architects, designers, artisans, and researchers through projects in museums, public spaces, heritage sites, and rural communities. Khatchadourian has curated more than 30 exhibitions in Armenia and internationally, and has edited numerous publications on Armenian contemporary art, design, and cultural heritage. Since 2024, AHA collective has operated a gallery in Yerevan, presenting exhibitions and public programs focused on modern and contemporary art, with particular attention to emerging and underrepresented Armenian and diaspora artists. Through exhibitions, publications, and public dialogue, AHA collective contributes to the international visibility and recognition of Armenian art.

• Tigran Ishkhanyan

  Wolfram Research, Senior Researcher/Kernel Developer

  I am a mathematician working at the intersection of computational mathematics, fundamental mathematical research, and artificial intelligence. Educated at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and Université Bourgogne Franche‑Comté, I have been working with Wolfram Research for more than eight years, helping bring advanced computation to millions of users through technologies such as Wolfram Language. After years in major academic centers, I moved to the mountains of Armenia, where I continue research in mathematics and AI. I am also actively involved in education, teaching artificial intelligence to high school students through initiatives like Generation AI and served as the team leader for the Armenian team at the International Olympiad in AI.
