Anusha Stephen
Co-Founder at Biglilpeople | Brand Owner at The Talking Canvas
Anusha Stephen is a creator, entrepreneur, and storyteller who believes in living a life of reinvention. She founded The Talking Canvas in 2018 to inspire children through art, later pivoting it into DIY art kits and eventually licensing the brand to Apolix Ventures, who are now relaunching 50+ products with her creative input. Earlier this year, Anusha joined Biglilpeople as Co-founder, helping scale a comfort-first kidswear brand rooted in 100% cotton fabrics and everyday joy. Together with her co-founder, she recently raised ₹2.6 Cr in funding. A certified scuba diver, solo traveler, trekker, and storyteller-in-progress, Anusha brings her love for exploration into everything she builds. She sees reinvention not as a one-time act, but as a lifelong practice.
Gayatri Abraham
Founder- Padme Foundation, Working in the area of Child Adoption Counseling
Gayatri Abraham completed her M.Sc. in Family Therapy and Counselling, and specialised courses such as Basic Skills in Counselling, Couple and Family Counselling, and Child and Adolescent Therapy. Gayatri Abraham is passionate about adoption and runs an NGO in the adoption space. The NGO supports and helps couples and individuals navigate through the adoption journey – from dealing with infertility and loss, to preparing them to make an informed decision on adoption as an alternative route to expanding families. She is an avid reader and nature/wildlife buff. For her, self- healing begins when one is attuned to nature within and outside of oneself.

Sunitha Ram

Sunitha began her career producing ad films for Prahlad Kakar at Genesis Films. She later transitioned to long-form content with Aamir Khan Productions, working on acclaimed films like TaareZameen Par (2007), Dhobi Ghat (2011), and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011). In these projects, she collaborated with celebrated directors Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, and Zoya Akhtar. Sunitha produced a wide range of campaigns for Incredible India, Rajasthan Tourism, West Bengal Tourism and Handled commercials for brands including Vodafone, Nestle, and ITC.
