With over 50 years of experience, he developed Shoot Fight, a practical self-defense system inspired by decades of Aikido training and real-world practice. He later founded Bakkar Dojo, now one of Egypt’s most successful martial arts academies, where he trains students and delivers impactful self-defense workshops. Sensei Bakkar is known for his belief that true strength lies in awareness, discipline, and smart technique, not violence.

    Nada is an Egyptian writer and a survivor of cystic fibrosis. She became known for her book "story of resilience", in which she documented her journey with the disease and her daily struggles until undergoing a double lung and liver transplant. she lost three of her siblings to the same illness. yet she transformed her experience into a source of hope and inspiration for patients. a message of strength, faith, and patience. Nada is considered a symbol of resilience, gratitude, and life despite pain.
