Amelia Kubiak
Student
Law student at the University of Łódź, passionate about intellectual property law, media, and new technologies. She gains professional experience at international law firms, working in teams specializing in IT law and intellectual property protection. She serves as the president of the Intellectual Property Law Research Group, where she initiates educational projects and supports the development of young researchers. In her work, she combines academic and practical perspectives, exploring how law can keep pace with the dynamic growth of technology and protect creativity in the digital world. Privately, she is an enthusiast of design and perfumery, which she sees as a source of inspiration for discovering beauty in everyday life.
Andrzej Głogowski
Legal counsel
Legal professional and founder of Compliance Espresso, a space where rules meet reflection — and where humans always come first. He has served as a Deputy Mayor and Dean of a regional Bar Association, often speaking to big audiences without notes, but never without heart. He is the author of the book titled “Say It in Prompt’s Language.” What drives him is a deep concern that in our race for innovation, we risk forgetting what makes us human. And in a world full of machines, the courage to feel may be our greatest power. In his free time, he prefers values connection more than perfection. Additionally, in his free time, he sings a little - under the guidance of a professional vocal coach.
Anna Schulz
Business Mentor
Business mentor and a member of the Wielkopolska BBC Chapter, with international experience as a former HR Director. For 12 years, she managed HR teams in Poland, the DACH region, the Netherlands, and Finland at H&M. Today, she supports leaders and business owners in creating effective and people-friendly workplaces by developing their leadership competencies, including communication, change management, motivation, and leadership in the era of AI. She leads online courses, mentoring sessions, and individual consultations. Her mission is to connect business strategy with people strategy to empower leaders in managing teams and executing business goals. She believes that workplace relationships require a human touch to enable effective action on the path to success. In her free time, she passionately follows new leadership trends and deepens her knowledge of the role of emotions, relationships, and the “human aspect” in business.
Antonina Wiatr
Music theorist and Lecturer
Music theorist from Łódź, Poland that works as a teacher at the I. J. Paderewski Music School in Piotrków Trybunalski and a lecturer at the G. and K. Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź. As a teacher, she tries to make music theory accessible and interesting, implementing new and creative tools to the classroom. As a researcher, she focuses on music in the modern era and its intertextual as well as conceptual aspects. In her TEDx speech, she will take a closer look at a modern palimpsest and its applications – not only to literature or music, but also as a life attitude. She is a big fan of Polish poetry and her answer to the question 'If you could invite any person over for dinner, who could it be?' is always Wisława Szymborska.
Delfina Twardowska
Teacher
English philology graduate, long-time English teacher,creative copywriter, and self-described "chronic limper"—her own term for living with a movement disability. For nearly two decades, she has helped students navigate the nuances of English, while exploring how language shapes thought, identity, and perception. She is the creator of Delfinitions, a playful social media project that combines wordplay, personal insight, and charmingly clumsy drawings to reflect on language and lived experience. Driven by the belief that how we name ourselves creates the reality we live in, Delfina brings a fresh perspective to the idea of disability. At TEDx, she will explore the concept of diffability—a term that shifts the focus from limitations to capabilities. When she’s not teaching or writing, she’s challenging her own limits through mountain hiking, boxing and road tripping.
Dota Szymborska
Philosopher
Ethicist and Assistant Professor at the WSB Merito University in Warsaw, where she explores how philosophy and sociology can guide responsible innovation. Holding dual master’s degrees in philosophy and sociology from the University of Warsaw, she specializes in the ethics of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. In 2024, she was recognized as one of the Top 10 Women in Data Science and among the Top 100 Women in AI in Poland, underscoring her impact at the intersection of technology, ethics, and social responsibility. She is also a member of the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ AI Working Group, shaping national strategies for trustworthy artificial intelligence. Outside her academic work, she is a marathon runner, triathlete, and beginner golfer, passionate about endurance both in thought and in action.
Karolina Juszczak
Student
Graduate of Business & Technology at Lodz University of Technology and Global Business, Finance and Governance at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Passionate about innovation, she thrives at the intersection of technology, culture, and human connection. With a curious mind and entrepreneurial spirit, she actively participates in numerous student initiatives, academic clubs, and interdisciplinary projects. Currently, she is completing an internship focused on public health promotion and coordinating a nationwide campaign encouraging preventive diagnostics among women. Beyond her academic path, she is a devoted traveler and cultural explorer. Through experiencing diverse communities, perspectives, and cuisines, she seeks to better understand the world and our place within it — believing that curiosity and openness to the unfamiliar are key to shaping meaningful, creative lives.
Katarzyna Węglicka
Mental Skills Trainer
Certified mental skills trainer and architect who made the shift from designing physical spaces to helping people reshape their inner world. She brings together hard engineering with soft skills, empowering others to move beyond unconscious patterns and step into conscious creation. Her work is rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and tools from mental training and neurolinguistic programming. Using research-backed methods practiced by top performers, she helps individuals cultivate resilience, self-confidence, and mental clarity. Kasia believes that thought is the first act of creation - and that by changing how we think, we change our biology, and ultimately, our reality. Her favorite saying? “NO stays low, YES will flow.” When she’s offline, you’ll find her traveling, reading psychology books, or hiking quiet trails—sketchbook in hand, camera over her shoulder - chasing light, beautiful landscapes, and meaningful conversations with family and friends.
Magdalena Malinowska
Founder
Founder and president of the Malachite Minds Foundation, which she established to encourage people to take actions that protect the environment in exchange for supporting their mental health. She combines psychology and ecology. Her goal is to show people that the more they take care of the environment, the more they gain for themselves, as they are an inseparable part of the ecosystem and need nature to live in well-being. She aims to unite people by motivating them to collaborate for the benefit of the local environment. An open-minded, extroverted psychology enthusiast, she is the owner of three pets. In her free time, she enjoys running and birdwatching through binoculars.
Mirosław Sopek
Scientist
Entrepreneurial scientist and quantum physicist with a PhD in computational chemistry. He founded MakoLab S.A., a software company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and several startups including Chemical Semantics, LEI.INFO (USA) and Quantum Blockchains (EU). He currently serves as CEO of MakoLab USA and Quantum Blockchains, and chairs the Supervisory Board of MakoLab S.A. Since 2020, he has also served as Chairman of the University Council at Lodz University of Technology. His work spans symbolic AI, quantum information and cryptography, secure digital identity and blockchains with several publications and two patents to his name. Outside of science and business, he is a passionate canoeist and runs a small publishing house focused on unconventional biblical translations.
Violetta Małek

Efective leader and co-founder of 3 firms (advisory-outsourcing- recruitment). Her main areas of expertise include business services target operating models, financial management, enterprise performance management, cost management, value management, operational and strategic restructuring, business and operational process optimization, organizational changes, project management and managing talent both in her teams and as a global business mentor. She was awarded the title of the VIP Graduate of the University of Lodz and acts as a mentor for students. For a few consecutive years she has being recognized as the Business Tiger for a great contribution to the business services sector development in Poland. Placed on the “50 after 50” FORBES List. To keep her mind focused she enjoys yoga, regular sport activities, keeps balanced diet and enjoys now and then sunny beach – sometimes with a glass of chardonnay.
Weronika Jatczak
Student
Journalism student whose voice is increasingly present in the conversation about mental health and self-acceptance. Alongside her studies, she works as a photographer and English teacher, constantly seeking ways to connect with others through creativity and empathy. Outside of work, she can often be found immersed in nature, meditating in a quiet park, or chasing golden light with her camera in hand.
