C’est un appel à oser, à agir, à transformer l’intention en impact, même dans un contexte incertain. À travers ce thème, nous voulons mettre en lumière celles et ceux qui, par leurs choix, leurs actions ou leur vision, donnent un nouvel élan à ce que beaucoup pensaient impossible.
