• AHSAN HABIB

  Ahsan Habib is Bangladesh’s most celebrated cartoonist and the long-time editor of Unmad, the country’s iconic satire magazine that has shaped generations of readers and artists. With a career spanning over four decades, he has turned humor into a powerful form of social commentary, challenging norms and sparking conversations through his pen. Beyond his cartoons, Habib is a mentor and teacher, having guided young creatives at Daffodil International University and invited aspiring artists to the Unmad office to learn directly from his team. His journey—rooted in resilience after losing his father in the Liberation War of 1971 and moving across cities during his youth—reflects his belief that creativity can be both rebellion and healing. From writing science fiction and satirical poetry to designing covers and graphic novels, Habib’s work continues to inspire. At TEDxYouth@MonipurHighSchoolandCollege, he shares not only his personal story but also a call to young people: to pick up their pens, question the world around them, and dare to sketch their own revolutions.

  Ikramul Hasan Shakil is one of those people who quietly chase challenges that most of us only talk about. He’s a climber, a storyteller, and someone who believes growth happens when you step into discomfort on purpose. What makes him stand out isn’t just the mountains he’s climbed, but the mindset he built along the way — discipline, resilience, and a crazy level of self-belief forged step by step. Shakil didn’t start as an athlete or an adventurer. He started as a regular student with a desire to test his limits. From long training days to surviving unpredictable terrain, he learned how to stay calm when nothing goes according to plan. The more he climbed, the more he realised that the real journey isn’t upward — it’s inward. Today, Shakil uses his experiences to inspire young people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next move. His story is less about reaching peaks and more about understanding yourself while trying. He reminds people that courage isn’t loud, growth isn’t instant, and you don’t need to be extraordinary to start something extraordinary — you just need to take the first step.

• Jobayer Hossain Shuvo

  Jobayer is an IUT graduate who happens to be the founder of Dream Weaver. Jobayer started his wedding photography career back in 2011. He is an amazing storyteller who loves to capture eye catching portraits, which makes his work unique. His clients love his laid back easy-going attitude towards wedding photography. He has won 72 International awards on Wedding Photography from WPPI (USA), MPA(UK), PPAC (China), WPPA (Malaysia), AsiaWPA(Hongkong) which makes him the highest International Award-Winning Wedding Photographer of Bangladesh. He has always demonstrated his aptitude and passion for creating and building, hence the idea of Dream Weaver. He is a savvy negotiator with strong business development and relationship building skills. Through strategic foresight, drive, and determination he built a strong foundation for this company. Also, he indulges himself in leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.

• Mahim Ahmed

  He turned kitchen experiments into viral sensations—and now, he’s bringing that same fire to the TEDxMUBC stage. Mahim Ahmed, the face behind Mahim Makes, isn’t just a content creator. He’s a kitchen revolutionary, crafting restaurant-style magic that’s taken the internet by storm. With every dish, he stirs emotion, creativity, and rebellion—proving that food can be a form of expression, identity, and resistance. • Mustafa Aziz Tazwar

  Tazwar is a Bangladeshi youth social entrepreneur and the founder of A Higher Purpose Foundation, a non-profit initiative focused on humanitarian work and youth-driven community impact. Based in Dhaka, he launched the foundation in 2023 with a mission to mobilize young people toward meaningful social contribution. Under his leadership, the organization has carried out multiple grassroots initiatives, including distributing winter clothing and essential support to underprivileged communities across the capital. The foundation operates through a network of student volunteers, reflecting Tajwar’s belief that youth are not just future leaders—but present agents of change. His work emphasizes action over rhetoric, encouraging young people to engage directly with societal problems rather than remain passive observers. Academically, Tajwar Mustafa has a background in Computer Science, with studies at Aston University, combining technical education with a strong inclination toward social impact. Through A Higher Purpose Foundation, he continues to build a platform where purpose is defined by service, and leadership is measured by impact.

  Chef Nayeem Ashraf is a trailblazing Bangladeshi chef reshaping the culinary landscape with a bold mix of global technique and local soul. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia and a former intern at the renowned Nobu Kuala Lumpur, Nayeem brings a world-class standard to every dish he creates and every student he teaches. Defying social norms and cultural expectations, he chose the kitchen as his canvas—transforming his passion into purpose. He is the founder of SHINEE (School of Hospitality Integrated Education Epicenter), an innovative culinary school in Dhaka that equips aspiring chefs with hands-on, industry-standard training rooted in creativity and discipline. Chef Nayeem’s work fuses the flavors of Bangladesh with international flair—bringing together tradition and innovation on every plate. As a mentor, judge, and educator, he empowers the next generation of chefs to dream bigger, cook bolder, and break boundaries—both in the kitchen and in life.

  Sadman Sadik is one of Bangladesh's most prominent youth educators, known for making learning fun, relatable, and empowering. With over half a million subscribers on YouTube and millions of students reached through his work at 10 Minute School, Sadman is on a mission to reshape how young people learn, think, and express themselves. A graduate of IBA, University of Dhaka, he blends business insights with creative storytelling—offering content that ranges from communication and soft skills to personal development and digital marketing. His signature approach combines humor, visuals, and real talk—making complex ideas feel simple and life-changing. Sadman has taken the TEDx stage multiple times, speaking on topics like expressive confidence, freedom, and the art of thinking. Whether he’s teaching on screen or speaking live, his message is always clear: you have more potential than you think—just learn how to unlock it.

• Sheikh Ishtiaque

  MUSICIAN AT SHIRONAMHIN

  He was just ten when his voice first echoed through the national airwaves on Bangladesh Television. But soon after, the music faded. Life took over. Ishtiaque didn’t just grow as a musician he evolved as a storyteller. He learned from mentors, jammed with seasoned players,and eventually stood alongside legends. His cover of Khachar Bhitor Ochin Pakhi" with BassBaba Sumon became an anthem. But the true turning point came in 2016, when his childhood idol invited him to sing for Aurthohin’s 7th album. Today, Sheikh Ishtiaque is the lead vocalist of Shironamhin, one of the most iconic bands in the history of Bangladeshi rock. Yet beneath the spotlight lies a story that isn’t just about music — it's about pausing, rediscovering, and rising again with even greater clarity.
