TEDx Oeiras invites you to a full day of talks, ideas, and performances exploring the next steps in our evolution. On February 7, 2026, TEDx Oeiras debuts in Portugal with the theme "The Innovation of Humanity. " In a world shaped by algorithms, automation, and artificial intelligence, what still makes us essentially human? Throughout the day, TEDx Oeiras will explore not only technological change, but also our emotional, social, and ethical evolution. It’s time to ask ourselves: What will be the next step in human evolution?

  • Agatha Areas

    Relational Leadership Expert & Edutainment Innovator

    Agatha Arêas is a relational leadership expert and creator of CO3®, a method that develops leaders who build culture, engagement, and results through human-centered relationships. With profound executive experience in global companies, she led projects and diverse teams in five countries and served as Marketing Director of Rock in Rio in four markets. As Vice President of Learning Experience at Rock World, she pioneered the fusion of education and entertainment, turning learning into memorable experiences. Agatha designed executive programs such as Rock in Rio Academy, The Town Learning Journey, and the events Rock in Rio Humanorama and Rock in Rio Innovation Week. In 2024, she founded Provoke Edutainment Club and launched Newbie, a platform of immersions, mentoring, and podcasts for a new generation of leaders. Having impacted hundreds of thousands of people, she uses collaboration as “human technology” to turn complexity into collective progress.

  • Alexandre Fonseca

    Entrepreneur and Business Leader

    Alexandre Fonseca is a business leader and entrepreneur with over 29 years of experience in telecommunications, information systems, and management consulting. He specializes in leadership, business strategy, communication, and mergers and acquisitions, and currently works as a Business Advisor and Non-Executive Board Member for several national and international groups, supporting digital transformation, restructuring, governance, business growth, and market expansion. He sits on the Board of Taguspark and is President of the Strategic Council for the Digital Economy at CIP. Previously, he held top executive roles at Altice, including Co-CEO at the international level, Chairman of Altice USA, and Chairman and CEO of Altice Portugal.

    Motorsports Journalist, TV Host & Children’s Author

    Born in Coimbra in 1983, Diana Pereira is a motorsports journalist, TV host, and children’s author whose path has been defined by adventure, risk, and creativity. A former international model, she began her career after winning the Ford Models contest in Los Angeles at 14, living and working in New York, Tokyo, Milan, and Paris. Back in Portugal, she studied Photography and Art History before moving into off-road racing with the Motivo team and competing with Peugeot Sport Italy. Her passion for speed led to a media career, becoming a recognized voice in motor sports on RTP, SIC Notícias, Eleven Sports, and now Sport TV, where she presents MotoGP previews and writes the weekly GP Magazine. She is also the mother of two teenagers, Mel and Noah.

    Fátima Lopes is a TV host, keynote speaker, and author with more than 30 years of experience leading television programs and connecting with wide audiences. Known for her warmth and authenticity on screen, she continues to innovate with original projects that place people and their stories at the center. As a speaker in communication, health, and well-being, Fátima has worked with public and private organizations, helping teams rethink how they relate, listen, and speak to one another. She is an ambassador for Brands Community and the face of the YouTube series “Mudar para Melhor” on Brands Channel. Author of 11 books, many of them bestsellers, Fátima writes and speaks about living with intention, emotional balance, and courage to change. She believes that humanization is the secret to excellence and that truly human communication is one of the most powerful tools for well-being and sustainable success.

    Gabriela Prioli is a legal scholar and television host who moved from the courtroom to the center of public debate. A PhD candidate at the University of Salamanca in co-tutelle with FADISP, she first stood out in law before becoming known for her sharp argumentation and clear, accessible communication. In just a few years of public life, Gabriela has published two best-selling books, founded one of Brazil’s largest book clubs, and created courses that have reached more than 70,000 students. With over 4.5 million followers and experience across several TV programs, she now leads her own show on GNT.     Hellen Telles is a FIFA-licensed football agent, communicator, and founder of For Clubs, a company focused on building and strengthening international relationships between clubs. With 10 years in sports management, she has dedicated most of her career to planning and developing the paths of professional athletes. Influenced by her father José and by the rise of her brother, player Alex Telles, she chose the backstage of the game to shape what happens on the field.     African Fashion Designer, Human Rights Advocate & Cultural Leader

    Nadir Tati is a leading voice in contemporary African fashion and a committed defender of African art and human rights. A criminology graduate specialized in the commercial sexual exploitation of children, she uses fashion as a platform to give visibility and opportunity to vulnerable young people across Angola and beyond. Nadir has been named Angola’s Best Designer multiple times, received the prestigious Sirius Award, and became the first Angolan and African designer to dress an actress for the Oscars. Her work has represented Angola on runways and global stages, including designing the national Olympic uniforms for London 2012, Tokyo 2021, and Paris 2024. As a member of Ashinaga’s advisory council and Ambassador of the Luanda Biennale – Pan-African Forum for the Culture of Peace, she weaves together style, identity, and social impact, proving that fashion can be a powerful driver of dignity, memory, and change.
