Small actions. Bold ideas. Lasting impact. This year, TEDxFortGarry explores the theme Ripple—a celebration of how singular moments, innovations, and voices create waves far beyond their origin. Like a stone cast into still water, every idea has the power to radiate outward, sparking change, shifting perspectives, and inspiring communities across borders. From personal stories that stir empathy to movements that reshape society, Ripple honors the unseen, often unexpected, impact we all have on the world. Together, we’ll uncover how even the smallest spark can lead to a surge of transformation. Welcome to TEDxFortGarry 2025
