• Aarushi Bafna

  Principal architect

  Aarushi Bafna is an Indian architect, interior designer, and business coach known for blending traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design. Based in Jaipur and Mumbai, she has established a significant presence in the design industry through her multidisciplinary practice and educational initiatives.

• Anil Colaco

  BlackRock- Director - Global Investment Operations - Trade Management

  Anil Colaco, A finance professional with 20+years experience in global banking. He is currently the Director of Global Trade Operations at BlackRock and specialises in Investment Banking operations, and leading high performance teams handling time sensitive transactions through volatile and dynamic global markets. Beyond his core role, he also serves as youth mentor, through the Take Charge program. He joins us today to share his perspective on key mindsets & skills, to build on in a rapidly changing corporate world.

• Myna Pereira

  Student + Entrepreneur

  Myna Pereira, is a student entrepreneur, raised in Oman, Muscat. At 18, she moved to Mumbai alone, with No roadmap. No safety net. Just a quiet belief that there had to be more waiting for her on the other side of fear. That belief wasn’t loud or confident, it was fragile, but it was enough to make her move. She started her small jewellery Business - Boujee Jewels Over time, that small business, with an initial investment of just ₹8000 turned into something bigger than she expected. The brand grew to city-wide collaborations and she reached over ₹2 lakhs in sales. She partnered with an international manufacturing unit that produces jewellery for major global fashion brands in China. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in management studies and looks forward to enhancing her skill sets in the entrepreneurship sector.

• Nathan Gomes

  Comedian + Creator

  Nathan Gomes is comedian, emcee, and digital content creator known for his sharp observational humor and effortlessly relatable sketches. With a knack for turning everyday situations like Goan family drama, city life, or adulthood mishaps into laugh-out-loud moments, Nathan has built a strong presence on Instagram, where his reels have consistently gone viral. He has garnered millions of views across social media and continues to grow as one of the most promising young voices online. His unique voice and comic timing have earned him collaborations with major platforms like Comedy Central and MTV, along with multiple appearances on national television. Beyond the screen, he has also made a mark in the stand-up circuit, performing across the country to packed audiences. Nathan loves the stage deeply. He believes it is a mirror to oneself, a place where he feels both the most vulnerable and the most at home.

• Nirmala Mehendale

  Kindness & Volunteering Advocate + HR Specialist + Executive Coach

  Nirmala Peters - Mehendale , a seasoned HR professional is a post graduate from TISS. For over three decades she pursued her career in the corporate world and later as an entrepreneur. Simultaneously, her journey in philanthropy began when, in 2005, she helped co- found the not for profit, Kindness Unlimited, she is the immediate former President of The World Kindness Movement . In 2020, during the peak of the Covid wave, Nirmala pledged half her wealth and signed the 'Living My Promise - Giving Pledge'. She has found purpose working with youth on sustainable kindness and well being .

  Nitin Arora is the Founder of Nitin Arora Photography, a luxury wedding photography and filmmaking brand, and the Co-Founder/Producer of WED FM India, the country’s first wedding podcast. With over 15 years of experience, he is known for elevating wedding photography into emotive, editorial storytelling that captures authenticity beyond posed moments. With a Master’s in Journalism and a background as a media journalist, Nitin brings a strong narrative lens to his work. His photography journey began unexpectedly while working at Reebok, when he was asked to shoot a wedding—an experience that shaped his career path. Nitin believes true luxury lies in intention, emotion, and connection. He builds genuine relationships with clients to help them feel seen and celebrated. A Canon Ambassador and award-winning photographer, he has led 250+ workshops nationwide and continues to shape the evolving culture of modern wedding storytelling.
