Bilkisu Ahmed Garba
Bilkisu Ahmed Garba, popularly known as Sarauniyyah, is a dynamic and purpose-driven Nigerian nurse, educator, entrepreneur, and humanitarian. A graduate of Nursing Science from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, she has successfully completed her specialty training in perioperative nursing and a postgraduate course in education, further equipping her with the expertise to serve in both clinical and academic capacities. She is the founder and Executive Director of Sarauniyyah Aid Foundation (SARAF)-a non-governmental organization established in 2019 to address urgent community needs, especially in the areas of child protection, girl-child education, youth empowerment, and humanitarian relief. Under her leadership, SARAF has: - Implemented impactful hunger alleviation projects targeting vulnerable families across Northern Nigeria - Empowered youth and women through skills acquisition and mentorship - Partnered with local and international NGOs to advocate for children's rights and community development Bilkisu also runs Sarauniyyah Cuisines, a registered business specializing in pastries, popcorn, and event planning, which promotes local entrepreneurship and provides employment opportunities. As a certified Youth Peace Champion, she plays a critical role in the UNODC-led initiative combating violence against children in insecure communities. Her work in peacebuilding and social development is grounded in both Islamic values and community collaboration.

Jamilu Yusuf
Jamilu Yusuf is a seasoned media professional, strategic communicator, and development advocate with extensive experience in public sector communication and media leadership. He has served as Senior Correspondent and Media Consultant at the State House, Abuja, Managing Director of the Nigeria Customs Broadcasting Network, and CEO of Access Magazine. Jamilu has also held key strategic roles, including Special Assistant on Media in the Office of the First Lady and Head of Strategic Communications at NIRSAL Plc. Passionate about purposeful leadership and impactful storytelling, his work focuses on shaping narratives that drive development, influence policy, and inspire positive change.

Joseph Bumje is a thought leader, personal development coach, corporate trainer and public speaker. Prof. Dewayne Frazier O
Dr. Frazier currently serves as the President of the American University of Nigeria (AUN). As President/ Vice President, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the university operations and leads the institution. Founded in 2003, AUN is Africa’s first “Development University” and currently has around 100 faculty members and undergraduate and graduate enrollment of approximately 1,200 students. AUN is the first American-style University south of the Sahara. Under Dr. Frazier, AUN has risen to be the top ranked university in Nigeria with the Times Higher Education (United Kingdom) Impact ranking in 2024. The university is riding record enrollments during his leadership that includes the most students in the history of the institution. His efforts in enrollment has realized an over 40% increase in students since his arrival. During his tenure the university was able to given the first all systematic raise to staff in the history of the university. In an attempt for long term energy sustainability, the university installed all solar power throughout the campus. The President is known as man of the people and he emphasizes collective leadership. Dr. DeWayne Frazier served as the University Provost at Iowa Wesleyan University where he was the Chief Academic and Student Development Officer for the institution for nearly decade. Dr. Frazier is known as an academic entrepreneur and his career is marked by enrollment growth through creative academic programming. Dr. Frazier’s portfolio includes the Adult and Graduate Programs, library services, academic support, international education, Registrar Office, Office of Student Development, career services, community service office, campus ministries and the university academic divisions (Business, Education, Humanities, Nursing, and Sciences). Dr. Frazier serves on the President’s Cabinet and is also a full professor in the Division of Business. Under Dr. Frazier’s leadership, Iowa Wesleyan has seen over 100% increase in overall student enrollment in less than two years.
