    Behaviour Science Design Researcher

    Bwalya Chirwa leads participatory research and designs social behaviour change programmes around the world, tackling challenges from gender equity, immunisation uptake to organisational culture. Her work focuses on translating complex insights into practical tools and inclusive systems that work for the people they’re designed to serve. Bwalya brings clarity, care, and a drive to deliver change that lasts.

  • Daisy Katongo

    STEM Advocate

    Daisy Katongo is deeply passionate about and committed to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Daisy is a published author, a 2023 ISAZ STEM Fair award winner, a Beacon Scholar, and the founder of an initiative known as 'KatWish'. In 2024, she was selected to participate in TechGirls, an international summer programme. Today, she is a member of the TechGirls Alumnae Advisory Council.

  • Dr. Francis Mwanza

    Veterinary Surgeon

    Dr. Francis Mwanza is a Veterinary Surgeon and Public Health Professional. He leads and supports programmes that protect communities from zoonotic diseases, strengthen animal health systems, and promote sustainable agriculture through the One Health approach to achieve food and nutrition security. Through policy direction and community engagement, he bridges the gap between clinical care, public health, food safety and rural livelihoods to help build healthier and more resilient communities.

  • Esther Chungu Nyathando

    Gospel Singer

    Esther Chungu Nyathando is a gospel singer and media personality who uses her platform to spread messages of faith, hope, and empowerment. Beyond music, Esther advocates for children’s and women’s issues, often engaging in motivational speaking and media work. She has worked as a friend of UNICEF and is a UN Zambia supporter of the SDGs, specifically under SDG 2 (Zero Hunger). Her artistry blends traditional Zambian sounds with contemporary gospel, making her a prominent voice in Zambia’s modern Christian music scene.

  • Fred Chalula

    Public Health Nutrition and Food Policy Advisor

    Fred Chalula is a community nutrition expert who works with communities and health institutions to ensure that key populations have access to comprehensive nutrition information and services. He has decades of experience in providing nutrition technical guidance and oversight with UN agencies, NGOs, Faith-Based Organisations, rural communities and households. A nutrition champion, Fred is a mentor, trainer and advisor in nutrition, health programming, and healthy living.

  • Mathews Mhuru

    Nutrition Specialist

    Mathews has extensive experience in designing food and nutrition strategies, and their application as a central instrument for ending all forms of inequality and for sustained economic development. Mathews has been instrumental in enacting food and nutrition laws and policies in Zambia and across East and Southern Africa, serving as a member of the Scaling Up Nutrition Executive Committee, the global governing body for nutrition.

  • Norah Chanda Kalaluka

    Financial Educator

    Norah Chanda Kalaluka is a seasoned financial educator, life coach, and Couples Financial Bliss Coach with decades of experience in the banking industry and in marriage. Drawing from her personal and professional journey, she empowers couples to build strong financial foundations rooted in trust, transparency, and behavioural transformation. A certified life coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, Norah integrates mindset work with practical money management tools to help couples navigate financial infidelity, money personalities, and legacy planning. She is the creator of the Couples Financial Toolkit and a passionate advocate for generational wealth building in families.
