Amit Agrawal
Digital Wallet
Mr. Amit Agrawal is the Founder/Director of ‘Khalti Digital Wallet’, one of the leading Digital wallets in Nepal. Also the Founder/CEO of Janaki Technology (Sparrow SMS), the leading VAS provider in Nepal, Mr. Agrawal leads GBG (Google Business Group) community in Nepal as Manager and is the winner of Entrepreneur ICT Award 2019. He has worked as an Executive Member of Federation of Computer Association of Nepal as well and was also selected for prestigious IVLP (International Visitor Leadership Program] by US Embassy Nepal. Actively involved in building the IT ecosystem in Nepal as Mentor, Facilitator, Speaker, and Organizer, he has mentored several startups and aspiring entrepreneurs and is a role model for many individuals. He firmly believes there are ample opportunities in Nepal and we can build things here itself.
Dr. Rajib Subba
Public Affairs and Resource Mobilization
Dr. Rajib Subba currently serves as the Coordinator of the Digital Technology Program and Coordinator of Public Affairs and Resource Mobilization at Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology. He previously held the position of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and Head of the Communication Directorate at Nepal Police. His international experience spans several prestigious institutions, including the United Nations Mission in Kosovo, the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, and ITC/UNCTAD- Geneva. Dr. Subba earned his PhD in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Dr. Subba is a recipient of numerous national and international honors, including the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology Award, Janasewa Shree Medal, Nepal Education Medal, Gorkha Dakshin Bahu, Best Technical Police Officer Award, Westcliff University Teaching Excellence Award, and the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS) Alumni Achievement Award.
Er. Milan Pandey
Academic Leader, Writer and Social Activist
Engineer Milan Pandey is an academic leader, writer, and social activist committed to improving Nepal’s education system and increasing public awareness. For over 13 years, he has been involved in activism, working to build a fair and just society. As a former president of Bibeksheel Nepali, he has strongly supported education reform, believing that real change in society is only possible through better education. He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Kathmandu University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University. Pandey has written more than 250 opinion articles in top national newspapers such as Kantipur, Naya Patrika, Republica, and others, focusing on education and social issues. He is passionate about teaching entrepreneurship and leadership and continues to share his ideas through writing, media, and active involvement in academic, social, and political discussions.
Subhas Sapkota
Aerospace
Subhas Sapkota is a seasoned corporate leader and chartered accountant heading Yeti Airlines, one of Nepal’s largest domestic carriers. He stepped into the CEO role in November 2023, bringing extensive experience from the financial and tech sectors—most notably serving as a director at F1Soft International and as CEO of eSewa—before assuming leadership at Yeti Airlines. In midAugust 2024, the airline attained the ISSA (IATA Standard Safety Assessment) certification—a globally recognized benchmark—underscoring its rigorous safety management and advanced protocols. He holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal, which underpins his strategic oversight in finance, audit, and advisory areas within the aviation sector . As CEO, Sapkota continues to guide Yeti Airlines through strategic growth—in fleet expansion, safety enhancement, and enhanced traveler experience—solidifying its status as Nepal's second-largest domestic carrier.
