• Aki Takei 武井亜樹

  Space Business Development/ author

  1996年群馬県生まれ。幼少期から宇宙飛行士を目指し、東京大学で航空宇宙工学を専攻。経済産業省で人材政策や女性活躍推進に尽力後、宇宙産業の社会実装を加速すべく民間企業へ転身。2024年に『バチェロレッテ・ジャパン』に出演、2025年の著書『自分だけの輝く人生のつくり方』はAmazonベストセラーに。現在は宇宙事業開発の最前線で活躍する傍ら、女性のキャリア支援や宇宙教育にも注力。次世代の宇宙飛行士のあり方を体現すべく、独自のキャリアを切り拓いている。 Born in Gunma in 1996. Driven by a lifelong dream of becoming an astronaut, she majored in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Tokyo. After serving at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) shaping HR and women's empowerment policies, she transitioned to the private sector to advance space technology implementation. In 2024, she starred in The Bachelorette Japan, and her 2025 book How to Create Your Own Shining Life became a bestseller. Currently driving space business development, she passionately advocates for women's careers and space education, carving a unique path as a next-generation astronaut.

• Doriota Takido 滝戸ドリタ

  アーティスト・東京大学 学際情報学府博士課程

  滝戸ドリタ氏は、異なる機能や感覚を融合させ、テクノロジーを並走させることで、既存の知覚を揺さぶる体験や、人間と生物の新たな関係性の構築に挑むアーティスト兼研究者。東京大学では、微生物発電などの生体エネルギーを植物に還元し、自然の循環を再編するプロジェクトを展開。2025年7月からは東海国立大学機構が運営する共創空間「Common Nexus」にて、アーティストと研究者の協働による「土の中の音」を体感する新作展示を手掛けるなど、学際的な活動を続けている。主な受賞歴に、世界的なメディアアートの祭典「アルスエレクトロニカ」Honorary Mentions（2017）、欧州委員会の「STARTS PRIZE」ノミネート（2017）、第18回文化庁メディア芸術祭エンターテインメント部門新人賞などがある。テクノロジーを通じて見えない環境システムを可視化し、私たちが生きる世界への解像度を上げる場を作り出している。 Dorita Takido is an artist and researcher who merges technology and biology to challenge perception and build new human-nature relationships. At the University of Tokyo, she creates projects recycling microbial bio-energy into plants. In July 2025, she launched a collaborative exhibition at "Common Nexus" letting audiences experience "soil sounds." Her awarded works (Ars Electronica, STARTS Prize) visualize invisible ecosystems, heightening our awareness of the world we coexist with.

• Erena Shimoda 下田恵玲奈

  Underwater Photographer (水中写真家）

  水中ポートレートを通して芸術、癒し、人間の回復力を結ぶ写真家・ダイバー。自身も父の命を奪った自動車事故で重傷を負うが、水の無重力と静寂の力によって救われる。この経験から2013年に「Underwater Transformation Project」を設立。がん、PTSD、障がい、トラウマを抱える人々に水中撮影体験を提供し、心身の再結合や自尊心の回復を支援してきた。これまでに100人以上のサバイバーを支え、折り鶴にちなんだ1000人の撮影を目標に活動中。全額寄付で運営され、経済状況に関わらず誰もが癒やされる場を目指す。2024年Getty Images Creative Grant受賞。短編ドキュメンタリー映画『Take Me to the Ocean』は複数の国際映画祭に選出された。 Erena Shimoda is a photographer and diver bridging art, healing, and human resilience. Born in Tokyo and based in San Francisco, she found emotional recovery through the weightlessness of water after a tragic car accident. In 2013, she founded the Underwater Transformation Project, offering therapeutic underwater portrait sessions for survivors of cancer, PTSD, and trauma to help them rebuild self-esteem. Inspired by the 1,000 origami cranes tradition, her goal is to support 1,000 participants. She is a 2024 Getty Images Creative Grant recipient, and her film Take Me to the Ocean was selected for multiple international film festivals.

• Hiromi Okuda 奥田浩美

• Hiroshi Yoshida 吉田浩

  童話作家、出版プロデューサー。 1960年、新潟県六日町生まれ。法政大学卒。青山学院大学大学院卒。 吉田浩氏が執筆した童話、ビジネス書は約200冊。 代表作は『日本村100人の仲間たち』（辰巳出版他）46万部。 40年間で2700冊の出版プロデュースに関わる。 『低インシュリンダイエット』累計160万部、 『赤い糸』累計330万部、 『動物キャラナビ』累計450万部など６冊のミリオンセラーを送り出す。 10万部超えのベストセラーは68冊。 NPO法人「企画のたまご屋さん」創立。同会長。 大学生による出版の全国大会「出版甲子園」創立。 早稲田大学オープンカレッジ、国際ビジネス大学校などで講師を務める。 Hiroshi Yoshida is an author and publishing producer shaping Japan's industry for 40 years. • Keigo Tanaka 田中圭吾

• Ken Mogi 茂木健一郎

  脳科学者、作家、キャスター Neuroscientist, author, and broadcaster

  脳科学者、作家、キャスター。屋久島おおぞら高校校長。東京大学大学院特任教授及び客員教授。「クオリア」を中心とする脳科学、認知科学、及び、人工知能と人間の脳の関係の研究に取り組む。2005年、『脳と仮想』（新潮社）で第4回小林秀雄賞。2009年、『今、ここからすべての場所へ』（筑摩書房）で第12回桑原武夫学芸賞。 Ken Mogi is a neuroscientist, author, and broadcaster. He is a senior researcher at Sony Computer Science Laboratories and a visiting professor at the University of Tokyo. Together with Takashi Ikegami, he co-leads the Collective Intelligence Research Laboratory (CIRL), exploring collective intelligence and AI alignment. Mogi has devoted his career to understanding consciousness, free will, and qualia, the subjective qualities of experience. He also serves as headmaster of Yakushima Ohzora High School, a distance-learning institution with more than 13,000 students. His international bestseller IKIGAI has been published in 32 languages across 58 countries. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Law, as well as a Ph.D. in Physics, from the University of Tokyo.

• Kosei Nakamura 中村恒星

  専門は消化器外科。自身が心臓に持病を抱えている背景から、難病患者のための支援を志す。北海道大学在学中に皮膚難病の患者のためのチョコレートブランド世界一やさしいチョコレートandew(アンジュ)を立ち上げる。TBS Nスタの取材動画はYouTube上で、800万回超の再生数を記録した。andewは、スーパーフードを練り込んだ独自のレシピで、おいしく栄養をとることができる唯一無二のチョコレート。さらに孤立しがちな患者さんが周囲とコミュニケーションをとるきっかけになるコミュニケーションツールとしてのチョコレートを信条にしている。チョコレートを通して、難病患者が「食べる喜び」を取り戻せる社会の実現を目指している。 A gastrointestinal surgeon and graduate of the Hokkaido University School of Medicine, he was born with a congenital heart condition that inspired his commitment to supporting people living with rare diseases. While still a medical student, he founded andew, known as “the world’s gentlest chocolate,” a brand originally created for patients with Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare and debilitating skin disorder. Made with a unique recipe enriched with superfoods, andew was designed to provide both nourishment and enjoyment. He believes that chocolate can also serve as a tool for connection, helping patients who often face isolation foster meaningful relationships with those around them.

• Kozo Yamada 山田耕三

  1977年生まれ。東京大学法学部卒業後、2002年にテレビ東京入社。 音楽・バラエティ番組を中心に番組制作を担当。 2018年 シンガポールにて、DEA社創業。 東京電力との協業・市民参加インフラ点検陣取りゲーム「ピクトレ」をはじめ 課題解決ゲーミフィケーション事業を展開。 Web3とゲーミフィケーションの専門家として発信、講演活動多数。 Born in 1977. After graduating from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Law, Takashi Yamada joined TV Tokyo in 2002, where he was responsible for producing numerous music and variety shows. In 2018, he founded DEA in Singapore. He currently leads gamification initiatives aimed at solving social issues, including "PicTree"—a citizen-participatory turf-war game for infrastructure inspection developed in collaboration with Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO). As a leading expert in Web3 and gamification, Yamada actively shares his insights through public speaking and advocacy.

• Mitsuhiro Masuda 舛田光洋

  在日コリアン4世。朝鮮学校に通う高校3年生。 日本語・朝鮮語・英語を操るトリリンガル。2025年、COM CUP（NPO法人BeCOM主催）にて、言語の壁を越えた表現力が高く評価され、銚子市国際交流協会賞を受賞。 自身のルーツや「名前」をめぐる葛藤を通じ、境界線の上で生きる人間のアイデンティティのあり方を深く洞察する。 自らの名に込められた哲学を軸に、17歳の等身大の視点から、多文化共生と未来への希望を提唱している。 A fourth-generation Zainichi Korean and a high school sophomore. A trilingual speaker of Japanese, Korean, and English, she won the Choshi International Exchange Association Award at the 2025 COM CUP for her expressive power that transcends language barriers. Through her personal struggles with her roots and "name," she deeply reflects on the identity of individuals living on the borderlands of cultures. • Takashi Ikegami 池上高志

  池上高志は、人工生命・認知科学・ロボティクス・メディアアートを横断する研究者である。東京大学大学院総合文化研究科教授。1989年に東京大学で物理学の学位を取得後、生命や知能、自己性がどのように創発するかを、数理モデル・情報理論・身体実装を組み合わせて探究してきた。 最近の同氏の研究の中核は、「個体ではなく関係や集団から知能が立ち上がる」という視点にある。社会性昆虫、単細胞生物、ロボット、アンドロイドといった異なるスケールの系を対象に、部分情報分解（PID）などの情報理論的手法を用いて、相互作用から生じる秩序や意味生成を分析している。近年は、複数の大規模言語モデル（LLM）モジュールが非同期に動作するアーキテクチャを備えたヒューマノイド・アンドロイド「ALTER」シリーズの研究を通じて、人間—機械の共創や展示空間における相互行為のダイナミクスを実証的に検討している。 Takashi Ikegami is a researcher in artificial life and complex systems whose work spans open-ended evolution, emergence, and the philosophy of mind. He directs AISAC at Atomi University, is Project Professor at the University of Tokyo, and is Chief Science Officer at Alternative Machine Inc. He developed the ALTER3 humanoid and the Concurrent Modular Agent architecture, and proposes Community First Theory that individual agency is constituted by collective organization. His work moves between science and art, including installations at the Venice Biennale with Luc Steels.

• Yogetsu Akasaka 赤坂陽月

  瞑想音楽家/僧侶 Buddhist priest, musician

  "ヒューマンビートボクサーとして、海外での路上演奏から音楽家としてのキャリアをスタート。2015年に僧侶となる。 声をライブルーピングで多重録音し、お経を融合させた独自のパフォーマンスで注目を集める。2020年に発表した「般若心経ビートボックスRemix」は800万回以上再生され、「癒される」「深い瞑想状態に入る」といった反響を呼び、その音楽は“聴く薬”とも称される。 2022年より本格的に海外での活動を開始し、現在までに20数か国以上で演奏。NHK WORLDのドキュメンタリーにも取り上げられ、SXSWではNASAのステージでのパフォーマンスが話題となる。 近年は世界各地のフェスティバルや国際カンファレンスに出演し、演奏とともに瞑想・呼吸法・ボイスワークを融合したセッションを展開。サンフランシスコ禅センターやエサレン研究所などでも活動し、参加者を深い内省と自己洞察へ導き、本質とのつながりを取り戻す体験を提供している。 Yogetsu Akasaka is a Buddhist priest and musician who delivers unique performances fusing traditional Buddhist sutras with human beatboxing. Performing in more than 20 countries worldwide, he creates immersive experiences designed to inspire deep introspection.
