"Mantra Diri: Menembus Batas Menyelami Realitas" serves as the guiding theme for TEDxUniversitasBrawijaya. Derived from Sanskrit, the word "mantra" combines 'man' (mind) and 'tra' (tool), symbolizing the interplay between tools for conveying ideas and the thoughts shaped by various influences. This theme reflects a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, inviting audiences to transcend limitations and embrace their fullest potential. Aligned with this theme, the event delves into pivotal discussions that connect personal growth with broader societal issues. One focus is the transformative role of culture in shaping habits and ways of thinking, serving as a framework for values and perspectives. Another examines how technology, as a powerful tool, reshapes human behavior, thinking patterns, and communication methods in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Art, as a universal language, also takes center stage, highlighting its ability to bridge divides and convey profound ideas. Lastly, inspiring stories of individuals overcoming limitations demonstrate how resilience and determination can lead to influence and leadership within communities.
