• Adi Karmon Scope

  Human Collaboration Architect

  Adi Karmon Scope is a Human Collaboration Architect and expert in decentralized systems, DAOs, and tokenomics. A pioneer in blockchain and alternative currencies, she explores how decentralization reveals hidden structures in the way people organize and take collective action. During the COVID-19 crisis, she founded Adopt-a-Doctor, a civilian initiative that mobilized 10,000 volunteers across 31 hospitals in just eight weeks using simple tools and existing networks. Her work focuses on understanding the natural blueprints behind coordination and how they enable groups to move faster and achieve results traditional systems can’t match."

• Eynav Biadgo

  Lawyer, social entrepreneur, and founder of 8200 Beta

  Eynav Biadgo is a lawyer, social entrepreneur, and alumna of Unit 8200, Israel’s elite intelligence unit. Confronted with the lack of representation of Ethiopian-Israelis in the high-tech industry, she founded “8200 Beta”- a groundbreaking initiative by the 8200 Alumni Association. Named after the Beta Israel community (the historical name for Ethiopian Jews), the program empowers Ethiopian-Israelis through mentorship, entrepreneurship, and leadership development in Israel’s most influential sector. Its mission is to reduce socio-economic gaps by creating equal opportunities, offer meaningful exposure to the world of technological innovation, and foster a new generation of role models within the community. Eynav believes that true innovation can only happen when all voices are included at the table, and she’s working to ensure that the next generation of tech leaders reflects the full diversity of Israeli society.

• Gal Nissim Emanuel

  Founder & CEO, Moshe - Words That Make a Difference and Developer of the ROOFING Model

  Gal Nissim Emanuel is the founder and CEO of Moshe (Words That Make a Difference), a nonprofit organization dedicated to suicide prevention through community-based interventions. Following the tragic loss of her brother Moshe to suicide in 2015, Gal transformed her grief into action by establishing the organization Moshe and creating the innovative “Roofing” model. This model equips communities with the skills to identify suicide risk, offer support, and connect individuals with professional care. Under Gal’s leadership, Moshe has saved hundreds of lives in Israel, achieving an impressive 98% success rate in suicide prevention. Her scalable model aims to create a global impact by establishing a worldwide support network for those at risk.

• Hadar Marks

  A Radio Journalist and Broadcaster

  Hadar Marks is a radio journalist and broadcaster who has been hosting the morning program “Medina BaDerech” (“A Nation on the Way”) on Galgalatz - Israel’s most listened-to radio show - for over a decade. She began her career as a broadcaster and announcer at the IDF Radio. Over the years, she has received professional recognition, including the 2024 Journalists’ Association Award for Best Music Program, and the 2024 “Ashmoret Prize” for her in-depth and close coverage of the education sector. Beyond her professional achievements, Hadar is known for her ability to listen, embrace, and give space to diverse voices in Israeli society. She is a mother of three children - Yair, Amos, and Amalia.

• Hila Carmel

  Entrepreneur

  Hila Carmel is a visionary serial entrepreneur and expert in digital transformation. She has successfully built and sold companies that pioneered innovative, technology-driven solutions for building customer relationships. Following a personal battle with the often-misunderstood challenges of menopause, Hila pivoted her expertise to women's health. She became a passionate advocate and founded Freeda.AI, an innovative platform tackling a critical gap that affects 1.3 billion women worldwide. Utilizing her deep background in customer experience and digital transformation, Hila is revolutionizing menopause care by harnessing AI to personalize each woman’s journey through the complex barriers to treatment. She amplifies this movement through her acclaimed podcast, "Menopause Conversations", which leads a revolution in awareness and builds a powerful community of women driving systemic change.

• Meirav Leshem Gonen

  A Mom Paving the Way for Change

  Meirav Leshem-Gonen is a mother of five, including Romi Gonen-a survivor who was shot and kidnapped from the Nova Festival to Gaza on October 7, 2023, and held for 471 days in Hamas captivity. A mechanical engineer by training, Meirav spent over two decades in senior management roles at ISCAR. She later shifted from engineering to working with people, studying coaching, authoring a book for the Logos Coaching School, and earning a master’s degree in Health Promotion and Business Consulting. In recent years, Meirav has guided women-led ventures and social initiatives, driven by a deep commitment to growth and transformation. Following October 7 and Romi’s abduction, Meirav emerged as a leading public voice- transforming personal tragedy into a movement for social cohesion, resilience, and civic responsibility. Today, she leads the “Generation 100” initiative, inspiring dialogue, healing, and unity across Israel’s diverse society.

• Michal Eitan

  Leader, Educator, & Entrepreneur

  Michal Eitan is a seasoned leader, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in design thinking, sustainability, and healthcare innovation. With nearly two decades of experience teaching at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, she has played a pivotal role in shaping design education and its integration with sustainability and healthcare. In 2021, Michal founded the Florence Program at Soroka Medical Center in Beer Sheba, Israel, a pioneering initiative that immerses students in real-world healthcare challenges to develop empathy-driven solutions. Her career spans leadership roles in high-tech companies and incubators, and she holds advanced degrees in business, sociology, and urban planning.

• Moran Atias

  Actress, Writer, Producer, Award-Winning Humanitarian

  Moran Atias is an Israeli-American actress, model and TV host who kicked off her illustrious career in Italy, working with legendary directors Dario Argento (Mother of Tears) and Mario Monicelli (Desert Rose), before moving to Hollywood. Moran transforms herself completely for a role - from starring on the hit FX show Tyrant as the First Lady of an Arab country to playing opposite Oscar-winner Adrien Brody in the romantic drama Third Person. Alongside her work on screen, Moran has remained deeply committed to humanitarian efforts - from Haiti, where she led an evacuation mission following the 2010 earthquake, to Israel, where she volunteered in a COVID-19 ward at the height of the pandemic, and more. Beyond accolades and achievements, the role Moran is most proud of is becoming a single mother by choice.

• Moran Zer Katzenstein

  Founder of Bonot Alternativa, Israel’s largest grassroots women’s movement

  Moran Zer Katzenstein is the founder of Bonot Alternativa (“Women Building an Alternative”), Israel’s largest women’s grassroots movement. What began as a single Facebook post and a small WhatsApp group grew into a nationwide network of over 100,000 women activists in more than 80 locations. Built on collective leadership, the movement organized demonstrations, launched community initiatives, built local leadership, and turned shared frustration into meaningful social change. It was never about one woman, but about women leading side by side. After the October 7 attacks, Moran and the Bonot Alternativa network established an operations center, supported displaced communities. Moran is a Peres Center Medal of Distinction Laureate. She previously held senior marketing roles at Google, Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, and Playtika and mother of 4 sons.

• Natalie Wamba Berry

  Natalie Wamba - Artist.Dj.Singer

  Natalie Wamba was born in Congo-Brazzaville to a Congolese father and an Israeli mother. She plays and sings live in Israel and around the globe combining electronic genres from afro house to melodic techno with a touch of world music. Her performance characterized by authentic powerful energy, groove, a unique voice and an impressive presence.

• Reut Efron

  Mamajor’s Founder and CEO

  Reut Efron is the founder and CEO of Mamajor, transforming women's lives through singing together. After years in management, with a law degree and MBA, Reut left the corporate world to answer a deeper calling: creating a space where women reclaim their voices, literally and metaphorically. Mamajor creates singing ensembles for mothers and women across Israel and soon worldwide. These aren't just choirs, but powerful communities where women step beyond comfort zones, transform into their best selves, and take center stage. Ronit Rolland, Mamajor's Chief Musical Director, is a singer, composer, songwriter, arranger, and producer. As an artistic director of multidisciplinary productions, she leads Mamajor's musical events and the musical part of this TEDx talk. At TEDxJaffaWomen, Reut, Ronit and Mamajor's first ensemble demonstrate how singing together becomes an act of connection and empowerment.

• Safa Younes

  Social Worker & Social Entrepreneur

  Safa Younes is a social worker, social entrepreneur, and women’s rights advocate whose work bridges healing, heritage, and social innovation. With over 18 years of experience in community development, she founded Arous Elbahar, a women’s organization in Jaffa that advances Arab women’s economic empowerment through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership training. Building on that foundation, she later established De Yaffa, a pioneering social enterprise that transforms authentic Arab hospitality into a space for cultural connection and sustainable employment for local women. Through her initiatives and her counseling work with Arab families experiencing traumatic loss, Safa promotes what she calls “changemaking listening” - the act of turning empathy into action. Recognized by Lady Globes as one of “30 Women of Distinction,” her mission is to preserve heritage, amplify women’s voices, and transform communities through compassion and hope.

• Tal Tenne Czaczkes

  Multidisciplinary artist using art to inspire action and inner change

  Tal Tenne Czaczkes is a multidisciplinary artist and entrepreneur who uses art to inspire action and inner change. A graduate of Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, with a scholarship semester at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York, her work is grounded in formal training and a global perspective. By transforming existing and discarded objects into new forms, Tal explores resilience, choice, identity, and the power of human agency. Her practice centers on reuse and sustainability, inviting individuals and communities to recognize their ability to create change through conscious action. Her conceptual, colorful, and bold approach is embodied in Popeyit, an artistic persona representing strength, vulnerability, and the decision to act even in moments of fracture and uncertainty. Tal’s work has been exhibited in museums, galleries, and public spaces, including major cultural institutions and site-specific works in the public realm.

• Vardina Cohen

  Singer, Music Educator, and Vocal Development Mentor

  Vardina comes from a musical family and began performing at a young age, including during her service in the IDF’s performing arts division. She studied classical piano, theater, and acting, and holds a degree in Music Education. Her debut album, produced by Danny Robas, featured several hit songs. Her second album revisited beloved Israeli classics, while her third, produced by her husband, musician Ben Ze’ev Zur, reflected their artistic partnership. Together, they perform in Israel and abroad in the project Songs from Home. Recently, she released a new song written and composed by her son, Keshet Ben Ze’ev. Vardina is a former member of the Israeli Theater Awards Academy. She teaches music and vocal development.
