• Alan Liu

  Raise up in a small but musical town in Austria called Mödling where Beethoven lived before. Then, he volunteer to teach music in rural schools that lack music teachers. Now, living in China, Alan noticed that music education here is overly focused on theory, while neglecting the musical genes that flow through us. In this small music town, his heartbeats synced with the music. In Yaoshan, they weren’t perfect, but they turned notes into stories. In China, he opposes theoretical music teaching and seeks the essence of music.

  Eason Sun is a contemplative young artist with a quiet soul. An snowboarder , bookworm, and film enthusiast, he often finds solace in mountain slopes, pages, and cinematic stories—yet his deepest passion lies in the ancient art of seal carving. Though naturally reserved and once uncomfortable with public speaking, he discovered an unexpected eloquence through his craft. Each stroke of his knife became a silent language, teaching him patience, resilience, and the courage to leave marks—both on stone and in life. His TEDx talk reveals how an introvert’s quiet obsessions can carve paths louder than words.

  Three years ago, I embarked on a new journey — when I first tried rowing, I instantly fell in love with it. This sport not only made me stronger physically, but also helped shape my character. During these three years, I’ve learned many things from rowing, and the most important one is to never give up. It’s not just about the sport itself — if we want to achieve any kind of improvement, perseverance must be the foundation of success

  I'm Jasmine Liu, a girl who tried to figure out the true meaning of persona. Before I started learning Wing Chun, everyone, including myself, thought I was a quiet and ladylike girl. I used to believe that I was soft and weak and thought that learning Wing Chun didn't match my personal image. I struggled with this for a long time. However, after practicing Wing Chun, I realized that the "personal image" I had in mind was just a persona I'd created, not the real me. Now I understand that everyone has the power to define who they are, and I've started to deliberately design and shape my true self through my hobbies.

• Sunny Sun

  My name is Sunny, and I’m a cheerful fifth grader! I love trying new things—like drawing, reading, and handicraft—even though I’m not an expert at any of them. To me, the fun part is learning and discovering along the way! My absolute favorite hobby is singing. I believe music has magic: it can comfort someone feeling sad and make happy moments even brighter. That’s why I sing everywhere—in my room, at school, even in the shower! So, that’s me! A girl who loves life, laughs a lot, and always stays curious. Nice to meet you all!

  As a young voice in an interconnected world, Wallace aims to share insights on how digital-native generations perceive global challenges and foster dialogue across ages and cultures. His curiosity-driven approach to learning and creativity positions him to offer a fresh perspective on the intersection of youth, technology, and global awareness.

• Yulia Gao

  Gao Yuqi, a first-year middle school student from China and a junior illustrator whose hand-drawn works have been published, began to reflect on her life choices after a defeat in a table tennis match. She has been actively broadening her horizons, leaving her mark in areas such as calligraphy, classical Chinese studies, embroidery, and more.
