Dungi Sapor
Amis DJ & Music Producer
Dungi Sapor, known by her stage name Ju-Ni, is an Amis DJ and music producer from Hualien, Taiwan. With a background in law, she transitioned to the music scene, creating her signature “collect and re-collect” sound that fuses elders’ chants with modern electronic beats, breathing new life into ancient melodies. In 2024, she represented Taiwan at the Paris Cultural Olympiad and released her debut cross-border electro-tribal album. Ju-Ni believes music is a timeless language—through her borderless indigenous electronic sound, she connects Taiwan’s roots with the rhythms of the world.
Frank TY Wang
Professor, Graduate Institute of Social Work, National Chengchi University
Professor Frank TY Wang is a professor at National Chengchi University’s Graduate Institute of Social Work and Taiwan’s first openly gay political appointee. His work centers on indigenous eldercare, family caregivers, and LGBTQ+ rights. Beyond academia, he is an activist and educator who created the course The Aesthetics of Queer Life to explore identity, empathy, and storytelling. Through sharing and listening, Dr. Wang encourages people to shed social labels and embrace dialogue as a transformative space for healing and understanding.
Kai-Hsiang Chen
Founder, One-Forty
Kai-Hsiang Chen is the founder of One-Forty, an education organization dedicated to empowering Southeast Asian migrant workers in Taiwan—once referred to as the “1 in 40” of the population. With a background in business management, he has led his team to train and support over 8,000 migrant workers while using creative storytelling to reshape public perceptions. Believing that education is the most valuable investment, Chen strives to build a society where diversity and inclusion thrive, positioning Taiwan as a model of compassion and cultural understanding.
Kuang Y. Chen
Chairman, Tao Sheng Yang Anti-Cancer Foundation
Dr. Kuang Y. Chen, Chairman of the Tao Sheng Yang Anti-Cancer Foundation, is widely known as the “Father of Oncology in Taiwan.” For more than seven decades, he has been a pioneer in radiation oncology and a leading advocate for cancer prevention. Twice honored with Lifetime Achievement Awards in Cancer Medicine, Dr. Chen is recognized internationally as a medical authority. He promotes a “non-toxic, non-invasive” philosophy of cancer treatment and has dedicated his life to public education on cancer prevention. Now at 95, he continues to exemplify vitality and wisdom—a living testament to a lifelong commitment to health and healing.
