• Claire Godding

  Senior expert on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  Claire Godding Studied law. She is passionate about diversity equity and inclusion. She has initiated a sectorial approach of DEI for the financial sector in 2020, with Wo.Men in Finance (50 institutions representing 90% of the sector) and the Multicultural Bankers Network in Belgium. She is the founder of DMAB, Diversity Managers Association Belgium. She is a networks builder, Grandma, Taekwondo black belt.

• Kellie Shandra Ognimba

  Human rights officer

  Originally from the Republic of Congo Kellie Ognimba is a UN Human Rights Officer. She lived in Congo Ethiopia and France. She has worked with the United Nations for the last 14 years in New York and Geneva. Currently she works with the UN Human Rights Office in Geneva and covers racism issues. Prior to her work with the UN she was a diplomat for the Republic of Congo. She completed her PhD on Human Rights with the University Pantheon Sorbonne in Paris. She likes fashion and outdoor running.

  Nadine Khouzam is an Olympian turned entrepreneur driven by digital inclusion. Khouzam founded CodeNPlay - a non-profit that teaches children and teachers digital skills. Alongside running her own business, Khouzam works at Meta on its connectivity program, bringing internet access to the un(der)connected. She also co-founded Cohesion Belgium, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion index for companies Khouzam has been listed as Forbes 30U30 and among the 50 most inspiring Women in Tech across Europe
