  Pooria Hamzehlouie is the marketing director of an Iranian/international company. In his 13 years of experience, he has worked as a project manager, human communication trainer, strategist, creative director, business owner, marketing manager and director. Before starting his career, his biggest question was “How can a person finds the right job or fittest job?” and “Why do we have to choose our education field when we are 15 and start and live our career when we are 22?” But after starting his career, he had so many unplanned experiences which shaped his career and his attitude towards his career. Pooria also became a professional trainer and teacher of human communication and organizational behavior besides his main job. Through this rewarding experience, he found out that what is more important than knowledge is our willingness to learn and how eager we are to experience and learn.

  Saideh Ahmadloo is General Counsel and Board Member of Unilever Iran. She has studied "Law and Business Ethics" and "International Business Law" in different countries like France, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Hungary. Saideh, during her last 10 years of professional experience in numerous Iranian and International companies, has tried to enhance the efficiency of applicable law with practical point of view to help sustainability and growth of businesses.
