  • Bazilik rock band

    The rock band named "Bazilik" was founded in Aparan in 1970s. In 2011 team members initiated to renew the band and since then a group of young people from Aparan started a new band with the same name "Bazilik".

  • Harutyun Galstyan

    Parent of 6

    Harutyun (Grigor) Galstian is 47 years old, is married, lives in Eghipatrush community with his wife and 6 sons. 3 of the sons are grown-up ,2 are at school, 1 is new-born. Grigor’s family lives in the community, deals with farming and raises cattle.

  • Haykanush Grigoryan

    Mother

    Haykanush Grigoryan is 5, she lives in Yeghipatrush, Aragatsotn region. She has 3 kids, her sons are 24 and 22 years old, and her daughter is 7. She works at the village school both as a physics and mathematics teacher and a deputy.

  • Inna Mkhitaryan

    Photographer

    Inna Mkhitarian, being specialized in TV, in 2006 took part in photojournalism course organized by the Caucasus Institute and World Press Photo and after that started her photojournalistic career. Inna worked in such projects as ecology, refugees, trafficking and etc. Received a grant from Open Society Foundations for documentary painting. In 2011 took the first place in the competition “Na/Ne Media Award 2010” organized by the Council of UK in Armenia, Yerevan office of OSCE and the Population Fund of UN. Inna is also one of the co-founders of the Ruben Mangasaryan Memorial Foundation.

  • Tamara Barbakadze

    Specialist in social work

    Tamara Barbakadze graduated from YSU’s Journalistic faculty and continued her education at the American University of Armenia and also in Gent University in Belgium. Then she passed professional practice in the UN’s development project and in UN’s office of refugee problems.2014-2015 worked in Safe the Children international organization’s Armenian office as a project coordinator. Read lectures in YSU, Sociology faculty on human right and social work.
