I think of myself as a work-in-progress, requiring constant revision, additions, omissions, and editing. If I got stranded on an island, I'd probably be flipping the pages of Kafka while sipping on a large glass of peach ice-tea. I'll eventually get bored and plan a successful escape route. Amidst this process, I'd probably cry along with the clouds aligned at the edge of the horizon. I am a poet, not a translator and seek to find meaning in the smallest of stories sitting across me. As a centennial who still loves dropping a letter into the red-post-box, I enjoy studying psychology and labelling Freud amidst being awed by him.
