I have been running a Specialty Wealth Management firm in NYC for the last 11 years. I grew up learning about Capital Markets from my grandfather who was a very successful investor and taught me the ropes. I continued the pursuit completing a Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting at Syracuse University and continued my Educational Development by completing a Program at the Wharton School of Business which focused on Tax, Trust & Estate, & Retirement Planning. We believe that we can challenge the status quo in Financial Services and offer a service which is unique, cost effective, transparent, and has clear value-add through concepts that you wouldn't otherwise explore. We consider our firm to be a Tech company that offers Financial Services. Personally, I grew up in Upstate New York (Vestal/Binghamton) and have spent my entire life in varying parts of NY. My main interests include reading, hiking/nature activities, competitive sports (playing and watching -- mainly golf, basketball and yard games), learning, traveling/exploring new places and novelty experiences. My passion is focused around a relentless drive for personal improvement and the chance to make the world a better place. I believe that by continuing to build a tremendous network of like-minded and intelligent people through my firm's platform and experiences like TED, I will be able to build a trusted network of people who can collectively make a lasting impact over the long-term. I ultimately will strive to spend the majority of my time and effort in helping leave the world a better place than it was when I got here. And I am crypto enthusiast through and through.

Having worked in Financial Services for the last decade, one of the biggest caveats and pain points almost everyone experiences daily is the lack of integral and productive technology. At the singular level, there are tons of tremendous companies doing incredible projects in Finance which will be game-changing (ie: robo advisors, risk metrics tools, CRM systems, etc.). However, when it comes to integrating the CRM tools, with the risk tools, with the financial planning tools, with the trading tools, with the website/online experience, with the research tools, they are mostly segmented with no capability of mass integration. This creates an incredible amount of inefficiency, confusion and lack of productivity for the average firm and individual in the industry. The idea that I want to implement in the industry is bringing all of these technology platforms together to create one robust platform which is accessible to both Financial Consultants and the every day consumer who needs Financial Advice & Planning. The idea is one which would have a goal of vastly improving the transparency to consumers with fees and complexities, as well as streamlining the consumer experience. Additionally, making basic financial literacy materials available at no cost so that people can start to become more aware and take control of their financial situation instead of falling into the credit/debt trap that so many people do globally. We want to create a platform that will make doing business for Advisors more profitable, less stressful/time intensive and more efficient and enjoyable to do every day. And as a result, the consumer experience will be improved at an exponential rate, bringing fees and expenses down, creating more awareness, and ultimately breaking down the barriers that have led to widespread distrust in the Financial Services community, as well as helping to create tools that can gradually chip away at the ever-widening wealth gap that troubles so many.
