I have been a high-level administrator at the Education Bureau of China where I worked with thousands of students and top school leaders to develop academic and student growth programs. I have worked at Southlands Christian Schools located in California since 2015 as the Director of Student Development and Advancement. I lead students to participate in social volunteer work to cultivate their sense of social responsibility and stimulate students' enthusiasm by teaching them how to gain confidence by participating in various competitions. My vision is to create a close community between students, parents, and the school where each individual can better understand each other's perspectives. My desire is to be a vessel to guide parents and students through this personal and spiritual journey so they can become aware and thankful for God's blessing.

I am passionate about educating parents, but not children. They are the root, base who can decide what kind of children will be.

Being an educator who used to work in China, and also at an international school in the U.S. I saw so many families sacrifice a lot to send their children to the U.S. Now the age of the students become younger and younger. Why did that happen? What makes them do that? Most people say: They want to give their children a better future. After I have seen so many stories from different students and their families. I know, the reason is: They want to give their children a life with hope.

Work in a school in the U.S., but keep contacting parents from China. How to combine two cultures together? How to make each other understand well? I keep facing a new problems and keep solving problems.
