He’s also the Founder of SocialGood Ghana – a community project aimed at educating and creating awareness about the Global Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Ghana through activism and engagement with stakeholders and policy makers. He is one of 30 +SocialGood Connectors and Advisors by the UN Foundation in the world. +SocialGood is a UN Foundation multi-partner platform for connecting people globally around social good issues and events. An award winning technology and social blogger with over 10 years’ experience mentoring, coaching and inspiring startups and entrepreneurs; Mac-Jordan’s passion isn’t only in entrepreneurship but also in investing and ecosystem building. Haven’t travelled and worked with young people in different parts of the world especially in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa he believes in the African talent, human resources and potential and is very passionate about supporting and helping other fellow African entrepreneurs realize their full potential. Mac-Jordan is a frequent keynote speaker and facilitator at Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation events, some of which are: Tech4Africa, Africa Gathering (London) 2013, eLearning Africa 2013, BlogCamp Ghana, TEDxYouthInspire, Deutsche Welle-Global Media Forum 2011 & 2012, Maker Faire Africa and others. The first Ghanaian to be selected for the United States Department Internet Freedom Fellow in 2013, also a 2011 Knight Digital Media Fellow from UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, Mac-Jordan has worked with various teams from Blogging Ghana, Ghana Think Foundation, Google Ghana, iSpace Ghana, TED, and others.
