In my personal life as well as my work as the Executive Secretary of the Non-Governmental Organization ASPLANDE (Assessoria de Planejmaento e Desenvolvimiento, or Consulting on Planning and Development), I aim to contribute to the development of a fairer world by promoting social justice and gender equality. I have dedicated myself to meeting and connecting talented people with great potential, especially women in the favelas and suburban regions of Rio de Janeiro. As a matter of fact, my routine is to talk with and accompany women who contribute to society’s well-being by promoting solidarity and peace. I seek to facilitate connection and knowledge-sharing among them in order to help their ideas and projects be successful.
