My purpose is to see and seek big, beautiful dreams. I'm a Digital Kindness Entrepreneur, creating the next wave of community engagement applications that help people pursue the work they are meant to do in the world. Before this, I ran a 3-year transformation of a Fortune 100 company and led a social venture that revitalized a ghetto neighborhood, home to 18,000 children. I took time from a corporate consulting career to help elect our state's first woman US Senator and spent 2 years on sabbatical looking at ways to close the racial achievement gap in education. As a strategy, analytics and transformation expert, I have helped big and small organizations scale when their aspirations outgrow their operating models.

I am incubating a digital mentoring platform: MENTORME. For networked professionals and students who want to actively support students on their path from high school through college and into careers, MENTORME is a digital community platform that facilitates engaged, personalized mentorship moments, and leverages social capital and network connections to increase confidence, share advice, open doors and ultimately launch students into their professional careers. Unlike traditional alumni-career services programs, proprietary alumni digital applications and inactive LinkedIn groups, this solution is data-driven, intelligence oriented, LinkedIn powered and (emotionally) developmentally calibrated to facilitate easy, on-demand, relevant and meaningful digital connections between students and mentors, at scale and without labor-intensive processes. MENTORME satisfies our desire to “pay it forward” and help others like us get to where they want to go.
