The TED story
I discovered the amazing TED network back in '08 from some co-workers and it has been a continued source of inspiration, motivation, and researches thought the building stages of my career as an entrepreneur. I remember when we started Music Withiut Labels our main team building exercise was TED Talk Tuesdays where each individual would share their top talk from the week and we would hold open discussions regarding the given topic. I suggest this as a great motivator and the perfect way to keep your team on the same wave-length.
