The TED story
I became interested in TED the summer prior to the start of high school after discovering Bill Gates' TED talk. I was captivated by TED's mission and wanted to be involved and attend the events but could not afford to. This fuel my passion of starting my own event in Southern California, which grew into a larger TEDxYouth movement.
