I'm passionate about
I'm passionate about science, research, mental health, and leadership. How I can contribute to change history? Or at least be the first step to this change. I have so much going in my mind and I’m passionate about everything literally, learning is like a hoppy for me. Our universe, life, happiness and sadness, our limits, and where we can go and get. I believe that I can make a change and that I will change history one day. But I consider myself as a carrier for a message also, the message of hope and inspiration for others to have a dream and goals, to do whatever will take them to reach there and climb that mountain. That life is more than having fun, you’ve to contribute to building your community and the world. I want to teach the youth the word impossible shouldn’t be in their dictionary ever and with discipline and consistency, everything is possible. Like Denzel Washington said: Don’t just aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference.
An idea worth spreading
Don’t push yourself too hard. I think you will be surprised by this advice. It happened that you’ve worked so hard and everything went wrong right? And when you think what I did was wrong you find nothing! You did what you have to do exactly but there’s something wrong and you don’t know it or you know it very well but ignored it. Let me give you a small example: Before I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder I used to overcome and trying to ignore my sadness for a long time. I used to motivate and blame myself and I was too harsh on it. I ignored the fact that there’s something wrong and tried to overcome the real issue by doing the opposite, and that’s what everyone is doing those days. That landed me trying to commit suicide because I was trying to lift what’s so much greater than me when my back was broken. I used to push into a weak wall and it landed up falling on me. Thomas Edison when he was trying to generate an idea and fail he would go to sleep and letting everything go! And it was working for him and it’s the same for us. When we try to remember something and we can’t then we give up. When we try to fall asleep we remember everything! When you try to make everything possible but you fail stop there for a while and don’t push on yourself too much. After a while and so much suicide attempts I learned that I have to take it easy and let the water flows. I don’t have to always make it hard on myself and It’s okay to stop when things aren’t going right and ask for help or an advice. I simply made my sadness my friend instead of my enemy. So when you don’t feel like it’s going right stop and look for what’s wrong in the first place, fix it then keep claiming.
