Bio
I’m a Vail, Colorado native with a love for the outdoors, connection, and community. For the past 21 years, I’ve served as a Special Education teacher at Battle Mountain High School, where I also sponsor several student organizations including Hope Squad (suicide prevention), Youth Equity Stewardship, GSA, and TEDxVail Youth—we’re currently planning our 8th event. I’m passionate about mentoring young people, fostering belonging, and creating spaces where every student feels seen and valued. Outside of school, I enjoy volleyball, wake surfing, spending time in nature, and adventuring with my husband of 20 years and our two kids, Peyton (14) and Wyatt (12).
