Bio

I am an Industrial Engineer, MBA, entrepreneur and innovation consultant from Chile, currently based in Valencia, Spain. My work has focused on connecting ideas, people, institutions and technologies to create practical innovation projects. Over the years, I have worked across universities, companies, public institutions and entrepreneurial ecosystems, helping translate challenges into opportunities for collaboration, technology transfer and new business development. I am especially interested in helping people and organizations move from ideas to action. I believe innovation is not only about technology, but also about mindset, trust, curiosity and the courage to start before everything feels perfect.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about creating, connecting and building. I enjoy generating ideas, exploring new possibilities and helping others organize their thoughts so they can take their first steps. I am deeply interested in entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, technology transfer, education, storytelling and the role of trust in collaboration. I am also passionate about motorsport, photography, 3D printing and design. I like the intersection between creativity, precision and movement: the place where imagination becomes something tangible.

An idea worth spreading

Ideas do not create change by themselves. What creates change is the ability to connect them with people, context, courage and action. I believe innovation happens when ideas, talent, ecosystems and opportunities are connected with purpose. Whether in startups, education, technology or personal development, the real value is not only in having a good idea, but in creating the conditions for that idea to move, evolve and become useful to others. The idea I believe is worth spreading is this: we need more people capable of turning curiosity into action, and more ecosystems capable of helping those ideas circulate.

The TED story

My TEDx journey began in Chile, when I had the opportunity to become the licensee and organizer of TEDxUniversidadINACAP, TEDxUniversidadINACAPSalon and TEDxUniversidadINACAPLive during 2018 and 2019. For me, TEDx was not only an event format. It was a way to create a space where ideas, people and communities could meet. It taught me the value of curating conversations, building trust and giving visibility to ideas that can inspire others to think differently. That experience reinforced something that continues to guide my work today: ideas are more powerful when they are shared, connected and put into motion.

Things you might not know

People may not know that I am good at motorsport driving and that I have experience on racing circuits. I have always been fascinated by the combination of speed, strategy, precision and decision-making under pressure. I am also skilled in 3D printing, CAD design and prototyping. I enjoy turning abstract ideas into physical objects, testing concepts and learning by building. Beyond the technical side, I am good at connecting dots: seeing relationships between people, ideas, technologies and opportunities that may not be obvious at first.
