I am very passionate about many things, the most of which being philosophy. I love everything that has to deal with ethics and morality, and am greatly inspired by its more practical applications: the way it impacts policy, people's lives, and humanitarian efforts.

The idea of spreading peace has always intrigued me. The way people could subdue violent protests and end battles by only using their mouths. Now, after years of observing, I believe it is time that more of us get involved in the idea of spreading our own peace, and find greater meaning in what it means to be non-violent.

TED has inspired me since I was about 13, when I watched my first TED talk. The way the speakers could capture the audience inspired me to make change in my own community, and attempt to hold a TEDx event at my school.
