About Krista
Bio
Krista Stryker studies what makes people come alive — then tests the theories herself. She’s co-founder of the Institute of Aliveness, where scientists, philosophers, and practitioners are building a new interdisciplinary approach to human vitality. Before that, she founded 12 Minute Athlete, a global fitness brand that proved you don’t need a gym or much time to become an athlete. These days she’s passionate about passion — she’s interviewed 100+ of the most passionate people in the world to deconstruct what keeps people on fire. What makes her feel alive: jiu-jitsu, handstands, and books. (Please give her book recommendations!)
