I'm passionate about education-employment mismatch. Universities need to develop and implement “university-industry linkage” plan with the initial objective of successful internship placement and employment of final year students and engagement of public and private organisations into curriculum development and review. Also it needs to be taken the initiative and motivate other HEIs to run career orientation workshops for high school students so they can make an informed career choice.

My one of the biggest concern is air pollution. Ulaanbaatar is one of the coldest capital cities in the world. In the winter, temperatures can drop to -40°C (which is, weirdly enough, actually equivalent to -40°F). The city’s 1.3 million residents account for half of the Mongolian population.To keep warm, many people use coal-fire stoves, especially people living in yurts. About 60% of the population live in these traditional structures, many of which are clustered in the low-income neighborhoods on the city outskirts that do not always have access to electricity. That's why air pollution is an increasing epidemic that needs addressing. Each year the pollution rates get worse affecting the health of young and old alike. I believe by spreading awareness and contributing to educate people, we can create more self conscious people that will do their own part in society to solving the issue. For instance the new innovation in Mongolia has brought the pollution produced by the furnace down with using filters. We need more of this kind of ideas and innovations until we are able to offer affordable housing to the families in ger district in order to the demolish those neighborhoods.

i have watched many TED videos. But the one that was most striking talk was Dr. Navchaa talking about children's health and giving advice to parents since i'm a new mother, I feel devoted to raising my baby boy.
