I'm an author, and my most recent book The Coaching Habit has sold 500,000+ copies and and was self-published after assorted rejections.
I'm the founder of Box of Crayons. We champion coaching as a force for manager excellence, leadership development and culture change.
I left Law School being sued for defamation by one of my lecturers. My first professional piece of writing was a Harlequin Romance short story.
I've been a coach and facilitator to TED Fellows, and have attended all five of the TED Fellow Collabatoriums.
I'm Australian, was a Rhodes Scholar, and now live in Toronto, Canada.
